I love Sams Club, but this Sam’s is horribly busy. To get gas there are dangerous lines out onto the street. Not only is the back street busy, but traffic overflows onto 200 and traffic in the right lane is stopped! The guy at the gas pumps is really very efficient, if the cars would follow his instruction. I go through the self checkout because I don’t want to load it, unload it, reload it, push it outside, unload it, drive home and unload it. Whew! The employees at Sam’s are always pleasant!

It's not your standard Sam's Club! Great selection with competitive prices. The parking lot is probably the worst part of it though, and we've never been able to stomach the line at the gas station. But the store is fantastic. Very clean and stocked shelves. Using the app on our phones, we can fill our cart and check out without having to wait in line.

Have been a customer of Sam's club for years. Not totally Sam's club fault but I was traveling and forgot my extra contacts. Trying to get prescription transferred a nightmare and not sure why they would not help. Got the feeling it just to much of a problem for them.

Every time I go there, I get sent to customer service because of “a problem with my member card”. It’s always due to errors on their part. I have to spend 20 minutes or more in line for them correct spelling errors and data entry errors. I am done with Sams Club.

Im not surprised to see a 2+ for this place. They are pitifully slow, even during the off hours. The prices are not all that great and so far Im disappointed by the qualityof almost everything I've bought of their own brand & have returned about half. It's worth the drive to Orlando for Costco if you really want to shop.

Bakery has no customer service skills in Ocala. Why is a cake from cupcakes so hard stating they don't do pull part cake. Ridiculous she didn't say sorry seemed more upset I even bothered to asked. Rolling her eyes...I thought Sam's club would have better standards. Nope not here I respect my elders so I just agreed to take my business elsewhere and not waste my time on someone who doesn't want to work.

I'm going to just say this I'm beyond irritated and disgusted with the the Cashier Angie took it UPON HER SELF TO SCAN HER OWN MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR MY ORDER While I was trying to get my OWN MEMBERSHIP TO LOAD without my acknowledge so after she scanned a few items, I asked her how do I go about getting the order switched over to my own membership that is when she informed me not to worry about it, that she had scanned her own membership OH HELL NO THAT IS BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER, SERVICE, AND UNACCEPTABLE It makes me wonder how many other customers has she done this to to earn our points I myself had almost a $400 order so after it was all complete I made a manager aware, wondering how we could get this off her membership and moved over to mine. I was told that it's too late there's nothing that can be done. I absolutely do not agree with that, and will be going to corporate. Over this cause there should be disciplined for her actions. As the manager stated absolutely, she should've never of used her own membership for my order. She was doing it just to be nice. In my eyes that's not nice that is stealing. And then wanted to bribe me with a $20 gift card for Sam's Club I am not satisfied, and I am going to corporate to get this resolved. My order will not go on her membership so if you are ever in Sam's Club in Ocala Florida, do not go to the cashier Angie so unfortunately, I have to give this a one star or it will not let me post my review, but in my eyes and honest opinion, she deserves zero you know in my honest opinion, I think very highly of Sam's Club, but from this cashiers poor judgment, it's really making me think about ever returning and I truly enjoy Sam's Club

This is a great "stock up" store. The C/S staff was thorough & patient. Once you're all set, get there at "off" hours to avoid the cart crushing crowds! Save on most items including gas.

Store is great, however the deli is never open whenever I visit. I like to take home the pizza for the family. Last three times I shopped they were closed. If they can't get the help, then close it for good.

Since I started my membership we have not had any issues, price of gas is the best in town, it is busy because is the only place that offers the lowest price, but is pretty organized. The store is clean and well organized. The only issue is that most Of the items are only of one brand name. Service is good.

The tire department is not customer friendly. I had an appointment and had to wait in line for 50 minutes just to speak to a representative at the register. When I reached the desk he was complaining that someone had called in sick and that they were swamped. So, I asked him if he would like me to reschedule my appointment but stated that the following week would not be any better. So I decided to keep my appointment. Well, I waited and waited and waited for 4.5 hours. I approached the counter and asked if the spare had been replaced with the best of the ones taken off and he told me it was a process and I needed to wait, some more. So I waited another hour. When I saw it parked I approached the register and was told that the spare tire rim was a different size and that the tires taken off would not fit. So instead of placing the spare in the spot where it belongs, they put it inside my Suburban behind the last row of seats. Additionally, I had asked them to replace the tire sensors and the same service technician who was at the register asked me what type was needed and I didn't know so he started to go out to the car and then turned around and said that he forgot that a woman had purchased all four sensors that he had in the shop. I am not sure I believe him. Long story.....I will never purchased tires at Sams again.

Sams Club is great but the Headquarters are obviously Not doing there job on Listening to their customers bc I have went inside and the management team has informed me that many customers have already told Headquarters about the revolving problem and their not responding to doing anything about it. All they have to do is shutdown the side of where the Hotel is on the side of cars coming in and just lead cars going out and then it would be a Smooth process. I mean cmon Headquarters get it together this isn't rocket science
