I went to Sam’s Club on Sunday and the place was crowded!!! I thought that I was going to be there at least for an hour and I was only buying 3 items. But they have this thing called “Scan & go” and I tried it. At the end, I was only there for 5 minutes. That tool is the best thing ever! You guys need to try it. Thanks to the guy at the door who told me to use it!

I shop here quite often. Unfortunately, with the influx of people, it's hard to get a lot of products. The meats are low, sometimes empty. We need another Sams club in Ocala.

We came in to buy the Member's Mark Tequila from the Liquor Store (it is SO good for anyone looking for a recommendation) and were greeted with such friendly & warm service from Pam. She made our small visit to Florida feel so welcoming, and while we don't live in the state anymore it is always home. Part of it feeling like home, is due to great folks like Pam who are genuine in their service. She was the absolute sweetest and jumped in right away to help us out. Thank you Pam for helping add to a memorable wedding night for our friends.

Missed out on being there early yesterday with my membership plus went in there today The place was a madhouse but running smoothly. I asked an associate in the store about an item Patrick was stocking the shelf he took time out of what he was doing to walk me personally to the item I was searching for my 7-year-old son.. It's hard to find good help nowadays but with Patrick at the Southwest college Drive store in Ocala went way above customer service to help me hats off to him for being a great employee

Not even sure where to start. We need another sams in Ocala. It's so busy you can hardly get through the aisles. Staff is okay. Checkout is insane, shelves are usually stocked. The bakery is great, and so is the Cafe.

Very clean store and great selection of meats and produce. Scan and go within the app avoids the checkout lines. Nice selection of outdoor equipment and supplies also.

I was able to use self-checkout with my phone I left my wallet in car. Moved to one with cashier she scan my phone and it went through then she said Sam's don't take pictures for members off their phone. What the difference if I'm using my child's card. I can afford a membership I rather help raise the credit

This location is a hot mess. Waited over 30 mins for a curbside pickup order (WHICH IS EXTRA $ BTW) At that point I could’ve just gone in and grab my items and saved $5 and 30 mins of my time I’ll never get back.

3rd time in Sam’s club in 28 years and I must say the worker Octavia was such a help to my sister and I being that we were not familiar with where everything was. We sincerely appreciated her kindness her smiles and her help! And Jose in the yogut department was helpful also! I think that’s his name.

I recently purchased sushi from your Sam's Club, and unfortunately, it was of very poor quality. After consuming it, I became sick. I called customer service to report the issue, but all I received was a brief 'thanks,' with no further follow-up or resolution. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response, and I hope you can look into this matter seriously to prevent this from happening to others. I would appreciate a more thorough response regarding what steps are being taken to address this issue.
