If I was you all? I'd look at the 6yr old review. I do not think the recent ones are entirely true. A Recovery Co? Yeah, no. I went it as a customer and was treated like a criminal! We test drove (not the car we wanted but interested in) 3+ wks ago -brought it back no issues. We took it for about 25 min around. And I was berated by a very yong girl who said I should have 'common sense' on where or how long to 'test drive' It was like a Jerry show. Unprofessional, and RUDE! If there was an issue 'with me' 3 wks prior, should have been said. But this was TOO much and on my dang birthday too? No bueno! BBB will get the full story as well.

I went to pick my stuff up out of my truck that I let go back cuz I hit a rough spot and they through all my stuff away and then the employees want to cuss at u in front of my children I want to speak to the owner of the company do let ur stuff go back and park and pay they will through ur stuff away

0 stars! They've stolen my Mother in Laws car! The previous owners were wonderful people whom are no longer with us and someone else has taken over and ruined the business. My mother in law fought to get her title after paying off the car in which she never got from them and now they've taken her car two years later saying she still owe's $5,200 after she paid $10,000, paying it off. Sanchez never sent in the paperwork to the DMV so it's still showing a lean on the title. Now they're left with no car and no proof to get it back.

This place is horrible. If I could give one star, I would. I bought a car from here and it broke not even a few months of me having it. They gave me a replacement which ALSO had problems. They steal money from you. We have paperwork FROM THEM that shows we’ve paid $10,000 for a car that isn’t even worth that much and they continue to say we’ve only paid $6,000. The car isn’t even worth this much money. We’ve also heard they have lawsuits against them for the same problem (them stealing money).We understand the original owner passed away. One of the sons had taken over, he stole money from her and when she confronted him about it he threatened my sister and sent rude messages (I have proof with the text messages). Later we found out that the son (Elijah) had a warrant out for his arrest. We had explained to them about all of this they refused to help us and made us continue to deal with Elijah. Now there’s a different son (who is locked up in prison right now as well) running the place and they refuse to give us the title for the car we have overpaid for or even give us the money we overpaid. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!

Horrible place to get cars. They are lying, unprofessional people strongly suggest not getting a car from these people. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks.
