Very nice save a lot. Much bigger then the one in belleview and way way bigger then the one in silver springs which recently closed. Great selection and nice and clean. Great prices.

Just a little dissapointed with this particular Save A Lot in Ocala,I been shoppingSave A Lot for many Years and I went with my wife to shopp and for my surprised everything in the Store was completley more Expensive that their Neighbors store Like Aldis and Walmart it was very dissapointed. Management Team needs to be more alert about your guys produce so it would not be as expensive than customers can not afford it.
Just be alert and do price check up with your guys competitors.

Death watch on this place! Wild prices. Way more than walmart. Produce is old. Should be tossed. Maybe it was and somebody dumpster dived to save it.

This store on Maricamp Rd. in the Shores is the best one around--cleaner, better stocked, nice staff (several have been here for years!) It fits in with the neighborhood shopping picture in that they have some things that aren't the same as the others (their Deluxe American cheese is better than anybody's store brand.) Every week they have some meat items on sale, and their own brands like Tipton Grove real OJ are things I usually take home. Their large canned soup varieties are good also. This particular store has pretty good produce--esp the yellow and zucchini squash. Their own brand of eggs also good and inexpensive. I like shopping at this Sav-a-Lot.

Prices are way too expensive. You dont “save a lot”. Go to Aldi’s and everything is half the price. That’s where I ended up going.
