I think her name was Autumn, but the five stars is for her and her work ethic. The store was busy when I went and she was the only one working, but made sure to keep communication with every customer in that store and was SUPER helpful. An unmatched knowledge of the store and I’ve been to A LOT of locations. If the store was fully stocked this girl could sell anything in it

I went there today( 5/25/24), I walked in and the 2 women just stood there talking to each other, they never said anything not even a hello. I walked around and went right by them and they never said anything to me , finally I went up to them and asked for some help and finally one of the women finally came over to help me with the foundation brand I used to use. I took the information and ordered it online. I have never had any issues like this in any store ( Sephora)I ever went to. I won't go back here anymore.

I had the best help at Sephora, She was kind, patient and even though the store was quite busy I was treated as though I was her only customer. My sales person knew exactly my best shade of lipstick too. I usually order on line but after today I will be going in person. Thank you.

Took my aging mother for a makeup consult and we were fortunate to have Nathalia assist us. She was a true gem who applied all the makeup from foundation, blush, eyeshadow palate and lip color. She was patient and so kind and didn’t try to “sell” us anything. We walked out with $200 of makeup and it’s the best experience my mom has ever had in the beauty field. Kudos to Sephora for hiring such a great person.

I made a quick stop at the Sephora counter, and Jennifer was an absolute LIFESAVER. I came in with a very basic idea of what I needed, and she went above and beyond to assist me. I couldn't be more grateful. She took her time with me and answered questions I didn't even realize I had! Seriously, her tips and tricks were spot on. Thank you so, so much!!

Went here to grab a few items for a party, I asked one of the workers if the concealer would match me she replied with “yeah I guess” with an annoyed face. I left and went somewhere else that actually were pretty helpful. Learn how to speak to people.

I was in a hurry and needed to find a good eyeliner for a picture I was getting done that day. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. She picked out a great eyeliner that lasted all day. She was very efficient and I would recommend her for make up suggestions.

love this location all of the girls that work here are always so kind and helpful! just wish they were a stand alone store and carried more. the closest one is in gainesville and the employees there aren’t as nice and helpful. nobody asks if you need any help & the line is always so long and nobody will come over to check people out!
