How are you supposed to make an appointment? There's no way to do so online and they don't answer the phone. It just keeps ringing. No voicemail anything?!

I had an extremely upsetting experience. My 4 yo granddaughter had her hair done...was in there for 1 hour at the most. When done...she charged me $400.00 for a 4 yo!!! I was in shock and would never go back or recommend!!!
