I fully expected a $1000 bill for my Mini Cooper repairs because that’s what they estimated and I agreed to. It was less! That’s NEVER happened before. This is an honest shop and they know how to do ONLY what needs to be done. I’m lovin it!

UPDATE: Back at Shannon’s with a dead Mini Cooper. After extensive troubleshooting, the shop explained that the Main Module (forgot the name) was defective and I needed to go to dealership for this one. They hooked me up with Mike’s Towing who took the car the BMW Gainesville. I’m totally pleased that they stepped way and above what my past experiences have been with other shops just throwing parts at it. Thanks again guys! Gainesville BMW was extremely professional, courteous, and reasonable (the part alone was $4k+, $4,000+). Mike’s Towing was super too!

I just had a few big repairs done to my Audi Q7 at Shannon’s for the first time, and they did a fantastic job, with no funny games with the price or upselling me on things I didn’t need. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them. I’ve been to a couple other places in town that specialize in German vehicles but have not been impressed with the quality of their work. As everything costs more when you are dealing with a German car, finding a solid mechanic that you can trust is so important, and I am thrilled that I found Shannon’s and took a chance on them. I have more things to do to the car, and I will definitely be back! Thank you for getting me back up and running so quickly!

Honest work. Best parts used. No cheap Chain store parts. I trust them. They have done work on 3 of my vehicles. Try them, you will be happy. Especially if you love your vehicle.

Called to get a quote or estimate on my Acura. Left vmails, emails, the office manager never called back. If this is the way they treat potential customers, then I am glad I never went to this place. The dealer treated me with courtesy and got the big job done right!

Had my wife Land Rover Towed Shannon From Land Rover dealership in Ocala Fla Where they told me We had over heating problems intake gasket and radiator Would Cost us $3,183 Two Week's Later service manager call said Motor was Warp mean We needed new motor I'm Like OLORD 🙏🏽 Said $31,916 Nice elderly lady i met refer me to Shannon's foreign cars n Ocala Florida he diagnosed my wife's truck Call me days later Fix The Problem Save us 85% $$ Also we were $200 shy of the repair He gave us the keys an said Just Bring Rest of cash Later He didn't Know Me from Adam or Eve This A Shop 100% Love They customers Got 5🌟 😎

Brandon and Shannon are friendly and professional in all aspects. As an out of towner dealing with a transmission issue, they solved my problem expeditiously. Went with my Mercedes for Service A & B. Not only were they fairly priced, professional and quick - they also made a point to walk me through any future issues that could come up and noted how well we maintained our car.
After having terrible experiences at both Mercedes dealerships in Gainesville and Daytona Beach, I will never go anywhere else with my Mercedes again.

I had previously left a negative review... but working with Shannon over some issues with the car and talking through problems. I wanted to change my review .. I appreciate this place and the Techs that are there... Brandon is invaluable to this establishment.
And I believe they care, which is rare today
