1 star is the lowest I can go. Office doesn't accept calls for appointments, so as requested, I submitted an online appointment request for Dr. Raul Diaz. The request indicates "you will be contacted within 24-48 hours". I submitted the appointment request on 11/02/22 and wasn't contacted until 11/15/22 to schedule my appointment. The lady on the phone proceeded to advise that appointments for Dr. Diaz were not available until January 2023 and would I like to proceed with making the appointment. I asked her why it took so long to call back if they state 24-48 hours and she said "if you don't want to make the appointment let me know". I told her if they can't even contact patients to schedule appointments in a timely manner I have no interest in seeing any physician in their office.

Not sure what's up with the bad review. My experience there today was very good, from the guy who screened me for covid, to the woman at the window, to the ultrasound tech. Brooke did my ultrasound and she was excellent. I like that the room was calming, with a relaxing lamp, decorations on the wall and so on. Everyone was friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and I was in and out quickly.

Please change the times for Friday’s on your web site and lab door in Ocala.Says till 5 pm on web2 pm on doorGot there at 12:31. Locked they said close at 12:30pm delivery man came then they e anlet elf him in.Just help people. By advising times!!!!

Under any circumstances I would not use this place! Stay far away as you can from using any doctor or to even have an MRI! Especially in Gainesville! Judy who works in the MRI department is a liar! This is the most unorganized place I have ever seen! I had every right to be an upset patient for them not doing their job, and because I questioned her every move she told Dr. Ackerman’s office that I verbally and physically abused her over the phone, fact untrue! End result, Dr. Ackerman, which has no clue of, their office manager took Judys word, didn’t want to hear my side of the story, and presented me with a dismissal letter from their office on the day I was supposed to have my MRI, which was not signed by Dr. Ackerman himself!!! Classy move! I was told from a lot of people to not go there! I should’ve listen! You will never receive business from me, family, or anyone else I know, from personal or professional ever again if I have anything to do with it! Trust me I know a lot of important people! For all the new patients out there that needs Doctors... take your business to North Florida Doctors! This place needs to learn a lot more about Patient care! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
