Walked in with my older cousin who clearly is over 21 and looks way older than me and immediately was greeted and I asked about a product and I was told about the product and then after I walk to go see said product the lady behind the counter decided to then ask if I have my id on me which I did and showed her with zero issues but because my cousin was with me she kicked us out, so my issue is if I come back in a hour without my cousin I can’t buy from here because “I might buy it for him” it’s just wrong, I’ll never ever spend my money here, and I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Especially after seeing their bad and small selection.

I go to this smoke shop on a regular basis for the last few years for my incense, I get the small ones (10) $3 , Their great for smokers for the smell and as well they burn slow and I use them for a cleanse and relaxing energy and the smell lasts for awhile

First and last time here.. new to the area so we were trying to locate somewhere to get vapes closer to our house. Between how rude she was, she literally from the second we walked in made us feel like we were a problem. She was short answered with a rude tone the whole time. I’m 36 and instead of letting me get my license from car (even though I wasn’t the one purchasing) she had me leave the store before my husband was able to purchase a disposable vape lol.. safe to say we will continue to drive the 30 min to go to the place we’ve been going to for a few years now. Between how rude she was, making us feel as though we put her out by her having to get up off her stool and work and then the prices.. it sucks this place is in walking distance from our house and we would rather drive the 30 min instead somewhere else. I’m confused on how so many people are saying great service and prices.

I went in on 8/6/24 and had such a great experience shopping with the 2 lovely very educated young ladies in the shop by the names of Hailey and Frankie. They have an awesome clearance shelf where everything is $5 each, I mean $30 vapes for $5. Anyway the shop is very clean, lots of interesting items, variety of flavors and styles of vapes and all kinds of smoke utensils ? Very satisfied customer and will return for sure.

This place is complete hogwash. I went and bought some kratom from them. I bought the Tusk brand in a bottle. This product did absolutely nothing for me. I tried taking it back to them and they refused to exchange it. I wouldn't go to this place for literally any of your needs. They will only mistreat you as a client. Find another place.

Smocala is by far my favorite smoke shop to go to in ocala, the staff is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable on the products they sell. I love the down to earth vibes it has. You walk in and immediately feel welcomed. They had a 4/20 raffle last week, I had gotten third place. Let me tell you, it felt as if I had won first place. Some of the items included wraps, cleaning supplies for pieces, even had a brand new piece included, along with some merch such as clothing and a new drawstring bag. The employee who checked me out was Hailey and she was incredibly helpful and had a bubbly personality. Management was also helpful and very down to earth. Aside from the raffle they have a very large collection of “water pipes” , pipes, wraps, you name it they most likely have it. If you are looking for a new shop to go to, I would definitely recommend this place!!

I love how clean and organized this shop is. The staff is always attentive and helpful and offer great recommendations. Ceecee is super sweet and Cheyanne… I can’t speak enough on how awesome she is as a manager! She keeps the staff educated, encourages a friendly stress free environment and provides excellent customer service. I appreciate her honesty and candor. Plus the playlist is always on point! Did I mention how clean it is? The shelves are always dust free and the display cases are organized making it a great shopping experience.
