I had a run in with the owner, he was replacing the sod at a neighbors residence and he parked his truck and trailer on my yard, yes my yard and I asked him to move it off my lawn and he said it isn’t going to hurt your lawn. He wouldn’t move it . So he does not have respect for other people’s property and could care less about it. He can break your sprinkler’s by running over them and not think a thing about it. I’m not sure he has a license to drive the truck and trailer because he doesn’t know how to go around a corner without wiping something out. I have neighbors that were going to have them replace their sod but not anymore. Yes it was the owner of the company and he just didn’t care. Called the business and the lady said the owner was driving the truck!!! So beware because it could end up costing you a lot of money!!!!!

The people at the company are very nice, but the sod that was delivered was the worst quality I have ever seen (and I've laid a lot of sod). Poorly cut (all 5 pallets came in random pieces that fell apart when you picked them up) and there were tons of weeds embedded in the grass. For the price charged, it should have been much higher quality.

I had massive damage to my lawn due to an inaccurate diagnosis I’d been receiving from Turner Pest Control. I needed to replace a large amount of my sod so I was referred to Sod Central in Ocala. Ken assisted me with an estimate that included a detailed coverage map of the work proposed and a reasonable quote. While they were backed up with work they were able to beat their estimated date by a couple of weeks. The crew came out yesterday and did the job. They were very careful to prepare the ground first and marked off all my irrigation sprinklers. Then they cut out and removed all the dead areas before laying the new sod. Finished by leaving me detailed instructions on how to care for the new grass. If you’re looking for sod replacement, this is the company to use. Highly Reccomended.

Thank You Sod Central. Andrew and his crew did a great job sodding my yard with new St Augustine sod . The sod was in excellent condition nice and green. The crew adjusted my irrigation heads and cleaned up the area.

So I prepaid for 2 pallets of sod on Mon April 8 over the phone to pick up Saturday morning for an elderly woman who I'm helping install it for and the sod they had for me must have been cut the week before I paid for it because 80% of it was dead I've reached out and gave them plenty of time to respond and make it right and they haven't so I'm just gonna leave this review with the pictures of the sod from the day i picked it up and you can decide if these are the people you want to do business with it's a shame this is what business do and I guess get away with

The absolute worst. The sod was all mud and we couldn’t use any of it. I paid $300.00 for it so when I called to see what we can do I was told that they will do nothing. They would have to eat the cost and therefore I do too. Seriously ?! All I could say is Wow! Never in my life have I had such a bad experience with any business.

Workers are great, however I have to give a low rating. We had sod yard replaced with rock. Ken was not communicative on dates of service and he also tried to charge us 2700.00 over quote. Would not recommend. Bad business ethics.
