Internet is absolutely horrible! Unfortunately they are the only option i have in this part of Ocala. The Internet goes out at least 2 times a day. We are paying for 1gb of (mbps)megabits per second and we hardly ever get half that. As soon as I try to get into an online game I'm already at >35 ping rate, and it only goes up from there. It should be in the single digits for what I am paying for. They are thieves! I wish I could go with a different Internet provider! It is the worst one I've ever had!

Just went into this location tonight to get a modem and router for my internet instead of waiting 2 days to have it shipped. They gave me the modem and router but no cables or splitter box to connect them. So I drove over 2 hours, an hour to get there and an hour to get home for nothing. They had horrible customer service and I have to say the have no idea what they are doing that they couldn't even give me everything I needed to install these. You have idiots working here that have absolutely no customer service skills at all. What a waste of my time. Luckily you have great customer service when I call the customer service number. Now I have to wait longer just to get my internet. No wonder why you have such a low review score. And I am paying for internet that I can not even use.

Ive had spectrum for 7 years it's always the same each year rates will increase... i go in say ill cancel and can't afford and they will 9/10 times they will rerun me as a new customer without an activation fee. For loyalty we should be rewarded with a same fixed rate for a service that doesn't change.. this time I was told I received the same plan but includes streaming at no charge for 2 years... instead I'm paying more monthly for TV and 1 gig service when my prior service for 7 years was only 500gb... guess I should have asked for a receipt and to look at the plan before I finalized in store

Switch and bait, Bought a phone under the impression they were charging me $7 for a phone but never gave me the credit for my trade in and now they are saying I owe 33 payments of $5 for a phone when it was supposed to be basically an even swap. Switch and bait.

Very poor customer service not friendly at all, actually a man in front of me let me go before him because he dealt with the short lazy guy that's sitting down .....while the other 2 employees were standing and seemed friendly..... and other customer stated he's not good at his job, and after my experience he is NOT good at customer service......needs a different profession in my opinion!!!!!
