Its a nice place, biggest issue are there are no laundry carts, only have 2 for the entire place, and people hord them, so very difficult to transfer clothes from washer to dryer.

If the machines take your money they will tell you to submit a request through their website- the issue is that the company WILL NOT REFUND YOU! This is the second time I've gone through the process of trying to receive a refund from money I lost on their machines and the company continuously lies and says that they don't see where my credit card is in their system. I've provided photos and evidence from my bank statement showing pictures were my card was charged - however they denied both claims and continued to lie saying they don't see a charge to refund me. Please know if their machine cuts off on you and stops working- you will NOT get your money back! The last time I was in there they didn't even put a sign on the machine that it was out order. I've realized They make money off of allowing customers to use broken machines in which they lose their money. Then make them go through this draw out process to get a refund in which they deny you your refund by lying.

Very good space. Some of the dryers have a funky smell and they may need a cleaner for the HVAC system due to dust buildup.

No usable electrical outlets, the magnetic cards have a short life span so you lose money, a third of the machines dont work, you need permission to use the restroom. The workers are friendly but not helpful.

I've been coming here since before they took over. Most of the washing machines you can hardly read the screen. Several dryers are out of order. Place has gone down hill. Now they don't have baskets to put your laundry in. I've been gone over for months, I called and left a complaint about no carts. They have 72 washers and today they had 2 carts available. Nothing has changed in for months. Updated 8/13

I'm tired of wasting money here dryers always having problems. I tell attendant my dryer wasn't getting hot or drying my clothes n is like she didnt care. Um for one I should not have to pay for another dryer when I wasted 150 on the other one. She never put a sign on it so another poor soul gonna try it n get same result. Like really do your job. I need find another laundry mat now ad tired of this happening every week here!!!!!

Clean, lots of washers and dryers of different sizes... but the dryer we used kept throwing codes and not completing the cycle... but still charged us as if it completed it... nothing the staff could do to help, just said maybe our bank will reimburse us. Way too expensive especially when you get screwed like we just did.... so now we get to take damp clothes home with no more money to get them dried.

I like to wash here, and it is very practical, it has a magnetic card service, simply if you do not want to carry around your wallet often or do not want to use your credit card, this establishment provides you with its own cards, and they can be recharged in the same establishment. It's very easy

Pretty decent washers except some of the machines are not priced the same with the extra features. I used two of the same exact size machines that were next to each other, added an extra rinse Cycle and heavy soiled(extra cost for more features) to BOTH but I noticed that one machine added on an extra 50 cent on the total price when they were set with the same cycle features. The dryers are a 50:50 chance of it drying the clothes thoroughly the first time. I always end up having to use another dryer for multiple loads. What should take 25 mins to dry ends up being 45 or more because of this. Maybe they don't clean the lint out everyday. The dryers at the 6th Ave location is great, never have to redry my clothes there.
