Haricut was good, my stylist was very nice. Wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Waited over an hour, saw i was "on deck" and then moved back another half hour. Overall I waited over an hour and a half for a simple haircuit. Would not recommend

If you don’t have the app, don’t even bother going… over an hour long wait, behind people who aren’t even in the store, just to get my haircut RUINED. Showed her a picture and she completely did her own version of what she thought I wanted. I will NEVER be bringing my business back here!

Heather is absolutely the best stylist I have ever been blessed to receive service from. I started going to SportsClips in the late '90s in San Antonio ... and continued on while living in Montgomery, Alabama from 2012-2018 when I then moved to Ocala ... thus 25 years or so as a customer of Sportclips ... many really good stylists / a few not so good .... but Heather is exceptional! The company (and franchisees) should use Heather as the standard for all of their stylists. Likewise; hopefully both corporate and the franchisee for Ocala take the opportunity to formally recognize Heather for being such an outstanding employee!

Horrible service !Lady on the phone is super rude as if their glitch is our fault.Manager was much nicer!EVERYTIME we check in on the app and arrive at the recommended time they tell us it’s an extra 30-45 minute and that oh yeah they don’t know why that happens… EVERYTIME.Time to find a new barber

Our 1st experience here: Kandice, the stylist with red hair, did not listen to instructions for a trim! I asked for a trim for my 14 yr old son. She gave him a very short boys hair cut (buzzed) and he didn’t want that nor did I. When I spoke up to her about it, after the sides and back were way too short, to stop her from cutting the top too short, she said ‘Who is deciding what cut I do, him or me?’ I was shocked! She’s cutting what she wants and not what either of us asked for. I feel she is I’ll-equipped to work with young people if she can’t listen to simple directions. I will not go back or recommend this. We drove 45 minutes to be here. We’ve never visited a sports clips before and won’t again. Also, FYI, they have no photo books or magazines or pictures to chose styles to show stylists to avoid this if they don’t listen to verbiage. Obviously explaining what you want does not work so come prepared knowing you either need a photo or an understanding stylist.PS- before we started she looked at all 3 men in the other chairs and asked if we want a cut that short, we said definitely NOT! But still, it’s way too short, she used a razor, as you see. I’m disappointed and disrespected. I feel bad for my son having a terrible experience. I want my money back! If you are reading this go some place else. There are lots of other options I should have gone to myself. Totally regret this. Grow back takes a long time and the period in between looks rough. Violation of trust!

Lady with the red hair was very rude, doesn’t have patience or empathy to cut toddlers hair at all.She did not want to finish or even do half of the hair cut and still charged my husband the whole price. I understand my son was moving and crying but it has to do a lot with how you’re treating him. She wanted to do it very fast without caring how he was feeling.Very dissatisfied with this service.I don’t recommend her at all.Will not come back to this place.The last time we went there the lady that speak Spanish from Costa Rica she was very friendly, nice and finish his entire haircut without any problems.

As long as you schedule ahead, it's not bad. Would be a long wait if a walk-in. Pretty nice having a place that you can go to even if you are not from here, and they know what your last cut type was in a different state.

Had an appointment for 1:07 today. Got to the store at 1:00 and found out I had over an hour to wait. There was even a person ahead of me!?!? Why have appointments if you're not going to honor them. Never going back!!!!!Update - Based on your response, your check-in system is worthless. I'll guarantee you that anyone else who encountered the issue I had would react the same way. You are not "reserving" anything through the app or online as you state so stop kidding yourself, get rid of it, and let people know that you are a 'walk-in only' establishment. In other words, tell the truth! My reivew stands. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Still not coming back and letting others know they shouldn't that chekcing in online is a waste of their time.
