Came in there looking into getting a new phone and possibly an apple watch and Phil was absolutely amazing, not only did he help me save money up front but also on my monthly bill, he wasted no time and got straight to the point, and was also very patient at the same time, 10/10 highly recommend.

Went into the store today to get a replacement screen protector and Noe was so kind and courteous. He mentioned some amazing promotions they were currently offering and I ended up leaving with a new iPhone, apple watch and ipad. will recommend all my friends and family to visit this store!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! It's privately owned. They don't have the same customer service as a Corporate Store.This is what happened to me!I signed up for Home Internet and 2 cell phone lines but they said I could have a third line for free. That was a lie. I got 3 SIM cards and the modem and I was on my way.The Home modem worked immediately, but when I went to set up the first phone, it didn't work. So I went back to the store and they tried with two different SIM cards and didn't work. They didn't know why. So asked them to find out and to get back to me. 4 days later I called customer service and after 45 minutes, they couldn't help me because they needed to send me a pin number to the cell number associated with the account. Well the phones were not working. So I went to the store to but there were 2 different people there and they said rudely that they couldn't help me because they were not corporate. Moral of the story. GO to a Corporate Store.

Terrible. Thank goodness I had customer care on the phone recording that rude customer service representative. I refuse to take anything to that store ever! My name, pin, and situation were broadcast in the store by her loudness. Thanks to 611 customer care service, they helped me. 3 hours just to transfer a digital line to a voice line. Tip: Don't go there. Call instead.

This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had at a mobile store. Avery and Haliey went above and beyond in helping me switch from Verizon. I had some issues with the process (not their fault) and they made it a smooth transition. I highly recommend this store, with these two employees in particular making my experience well worth the wait.There was a third woman there as well, but she seemed less approachable and didn't say a word to me while I was there. These two more than made up for any of the problems I may have had.

Such great service! Stephanie was able to help with a very difficult problem setting up my new Samsung that I had already been in chat/on the phone about for several hours. Would recommend this location to anyone!

This place is the absolute best! Not only did ?AVERY❤️ help me to get my SAMSUNG S23 ULTRA and earbuds, she was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. She was smart, polite and informative. The application of my screen protector and case was flawless and this was THE best phone/activation experience EVER.
