The people at the tec and print desks are incredibly rude and anti-functional except for Dave. If you want your time destroyed and have ENDLESS PROBLEMS, THIS STAPLES is the place to go.

Have had multiple negative interactions with employees at this store, customer service is non-existent. Management must be truly awful for the employees to care so little.

Went in to print something. First self serve printer not working. Second one not working but at least it had a sign. Waited 15 minutes for only working printer. Unable to preview our emailed page. No one to answer questions or offer help. One person behind the counter said everyone else quit! Long line waiting for service. We were not able to print.

Bought an office chair. That came with stripped hardware. I also was talked talked into their extended warranty. I called the same day and the store refused to help me. They said to turn in a claim with the extended warranty vendor. They also allowed a Karen to step in line a head of while I was being waited on. Staples is a disgrace to front facing customer service store associates in the industry. Here’s their reply. In the meanwhile, I have no office chair! I hadn't been into a Staples in over 5 years, and after my most recent experience, I probably won't ever go back. The floor supervisor checked me out a week ago when I purchased an office chair and was very short with us and had zero customer service personality.When I returned the chair today (it didn't go together correctly) the same supervisor had to authorize the refund. His attitude this morning was even worse than last week and was rude to me and the Customer Service representative that was trying to help me. This guy's attitude is HORRIBLE!! And I'm done trying to be a customer at this store.

everyone was great except the lazy fat lady that is in the printing department. never wants to do her job has come multiple times. she has a huge attitude problem and refuses to assist when asking for help.

Good products at reasonable prices. And if you have a project you need them to do, rest assure you'll be getting the best of quality for your money. Thanks to them, I have a massive stack of business cards to advertise my Social media on YouTube and TikTok. So thanks Staples for being AWESOME!

The gentleman that I spoke with a customer service was very kind. I explained to him that my mother had bought the wrong thing for her printer ink. A refund was given. So thankful that what my mother spent didn't result in a loss of money. Thank God for the return policies. Thank you for all your help. I would definitely recommend Staples. Great customer service

Very pleased with a collage poster print job we needed for a dear friend's birthday. Amery in the print department went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the results, taking multiple calls and patiently explaining our options. With her help, the poster was the talk of the celebration. Staples print services made us look great!

Ridiculous. Rouxe at the copy & print desk stated "she did not have time to make a copy".It wouldn't be available until the following day. A COPY will take 24 hours???Luckily Office Depot & Office Max are close by.Update: Office Depot did the task in less than 2 minutes, including lamenting (which I added as an after thought).Choose wisely.

We came in to browse and to buy a 3-hole punch. When we got to checkout, Robin was our cashier and we are so glad she was. We chatted about life and our future plans and she signed us up for the Staples reward program and app. She was so pleasant and kind to us. Thanks Robin!

Not helpful at all. Been standing in line over 10 minutes waiting for somebody to help me the lady at the printing desk. Just keeps panicking saying she’s trying to get this big order done. She has no time but all I have is a simple question. personally, if something takes five seconds and your other task takes five hours you do the five second one first you get the easy stuff out of the way. and you definitely do not tell a customer you don’t have time.

Thank you Staples for putting the Customer's satisfaction first! My boss gave them a job to do and the outcome was not usable or of good quality and they refunded it 100%. It's getting harder to get good employees that think and do a great job these days and it's obvious Staples has the same issue. Thank you Staples for standing by Customer satisfaction.

this is the worst store ever. specially the store manager Tim liveslay. The customer serv rep. hang up the phone on me right on my face because she didnt want to help me print a piece a paper that was previously sent to their print email.
