We have been getting our oil through Stirling and have never once had an issue. In the rare occasion we run low, they come out very quickly to refill. Wouldn't want to use anyone else!

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed within this company and its service. In 2024 we had purchased a restaurant business in Horseshoe Beach Florida. We at that time inherited the service with Sterling oils and a short timeframe. We had spent a huge amount of money with this company, more importantly, a large amount of a refill just prior to the storm Helene, Unfortunately, we were impacted by the storm Helene forcing us into a closure for a few months. Now in the hopes of reopening in 2025 reaching out to this company and asking him for the oil to be replenished, we have received a refusal from them in doing so not only that but leaving us without any service provided to us in this area seeing how which they are the only company in which that would have done so. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend anyone. It’s not a way that you treat your customers that have spent thousands of dollars with you!

I’ve used Sterling for years always get top notch fast service. I manage a busy beach restaurant and Sterling knows the importance of my equipment working properly and when I have a problem, it’s solved that day. I called Sterling this morning with a problem with my fry filtration system and by 2 o’clock, their rep, Steve Colon had my system back up and running.
