I have rented a climate controlled storage unit for StoreRight a few times and I've always had great customer service. Ms. Shelly and Ms. Julie are very kind and efficient. The location and cleanliness of this storage facility has always been my deciding factor.

These ladies that work here are wonderful. Super friendly, made my move into their storage with my belongings very easy. They were extremely helpful. This is a very secure storage facility. I feel safe leaving my personal belongings here and conveniently located right behind my apartment that we moved into. The price is very reasonable and I highly recommend this facility.

Two years ago I was moving to this area and found StoreRight through Google. I called them and set up a storage unit for when I arrived knowing that we had to get our moving truck back at a certain time. We happened to get there at the same time the office was closing but they kindly stayed a few minutes later to get me to our unit. We were also blessed by Kevin (it's been 2 yrs. I believe that was his name) that works there that volunteered to unload our truck with us. I still have my belongings in the unit which has been bug-free and perfectly climate controlled. Because of my pay schedule sometimes I am late on my payments but I gladly pay a small late fee due to that it is one of the best storage units that I have ever had. I highly recommend this company!

I searched for a repeatable storage place with humans not machines, within my location to store my valuables and have access when needed, after a long lengthily search I was referred to StoreRight, It's all history from that point when I walked through the doors and was greeted with a smile and the professionalism was needed and received. The ladies made it manageable at my time of need and to this day I appreciate StoreRight!!!!
