Truist is a bank formed through a series of mergers, which some long-time customers have found upsetting. The bank has experienced operational problems, including significant holds on deposited checks that customer service centers could not resolve, requiring branch staff intervention. However, some staff members are noted for being professional, courteous, and providing excellent customer service to solve these issues. While there were a lot of problems at first, the bank is now seen as moving right along by some, with potential to become a great company. For health and safety, services have been adjusted, with drive-thru teller services, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures.
Educational and productive. Looking forward to a lasting financial relationship. The customer service was outstanding.

Was Bank Atlantic customer.Very best in all my 62 yrs. BBT acquired it. Ok. The merge to SunTrust which used to be SunBank upsetting. SunBank the worst in all my 62 yrs . Bank Atlantic was the best
