I moved all of my banking. The branch on 200 at the Oak Run entrance has an extremely rude customer service person. I was in multiple times to do my banking and he acted as though I was bothering him each time. He was unprofessional in his dress and his demeanor. Im not sure what this person does all day besides run customers off. I’ve called corporate in the past and no one cares. I’ll never use a Truist bank again.

Truist Bank locations in the Ocala area lack Corporate support. They are poorly staffed and patrons wait MUCH TOO LONG for basic services. I have moved my banking elsewhere and I know the people I stood in line with for 30 mins plan to do the same.. consistently poor customer service.

Teller services are excellent! However, banker services can be a long wait at this location. I recommend checking the Google Maps busy information before coming in for other business. It can help you plan your day.The other alternative is go to another branch down 200. I noticed they were not as busy when we waited for banker services at this location. We had a large check and decided on opening a new checking/money market account. It was a Friday.Also, the hold was 10 business days. Not sure why it was exactly 10 business when funds can clear before that and likely did electronically. For new accounts it is an 'administrative' hold.FYI, if your up late enough at night and check in the app...you can see it clear then the system realizes the hold is there and puts it back in place later that morning. <----Oopps! ?Reminds me of the banks that were sued for illegal overdraft fee processing. Put the large ones through first then the small ones to generate more fees. Glad I was not part of that issue years ago. This large deposit hold does remind of that. If only an investigation or litigation was to look into the possibility that my funds cleared before 10 business days. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has this issue.Going to keep them. Hope they revise administrative holds and banker wait times. I do love the people here. They are amazing!!! Not their fault that Truist has these items for improvement.

The rudest service I ever had at a bank from a teller. I think even her coworker was shocked at how she was speaking to me. I would not even give the College Road (200) branch a one star. I was thinking about changing to Truist for ALL of my banking needs, but not anymore.

Worst banking experience ever! I loved SunTrust. And I was happy with truist until the last week. It has been over 4 weeks in which I've been I'm waiting on a replacement debit card and they have no idea where it is. My accounts have lapsed, closed, or have gone into delinquency. All this because truist was supposed to send me a replacement debit card in one week and it is now been over 4 weeks. I can't understand the customer service people from India and they have very low intelligence. No one will help me. I am closing out my account. This is the worst customer service I've seen in my life. Let me know if you ever hire anyone at that company with half a brain and I would be glad to talk to them. By the way, this review is for the corporation, not the individual branches.

Very disappointed. On a Friday afternoon before a holiday only one teller working. Stood in line an hour and a half. The one teller working took 25-30 minutes for every transaction! Very mismanaged.

Argumentative banking assistance, unfriendly. Had to almost demand to get some help. All lights turned off like they were closed at 4:00pm. Most unpleasant banking.
