I went to Take 5 on 12/11/25 and received great service! There were a couple of cars ahead of me when I got there, but they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. The gentlemen were courteous, brought me some water while I waited, and kept me informed on about how much longer it would until I could be serviced. I didn't get either of their names, but the taller of the two kindly informed me of how often my air filter should be changed (I just bought my car so I wasn't sure if it had been changed prior to when I bought it). I also know they weren't trying to get extra money out of me because I had just changed my windshield wipers the night prior and they mentioned the wipers were still in great shape, so they wouldn't need to be swapped out. I paid $115 for and oil change and a new air filter with a military discount, which seems about right for the market currently.

took way to long, wanted to put 36psi in tires when they required 32-34 psi, didn’t pull drain plug they sucked out the old

I received an oil change last night and the two gentlemen who were there were very helpful. I forgot to get their names but it was very quick and they had excellent customer service.

Tried taking my vehicle to Walmart for my first Oil change on Wednesday (since it was my Mom & Dad’s car before I got it), but they unfortunately didn’t have any appointments for that day, so I tried my luck at Take 5 Oil Change and I’m glad I did. I didn’t need an appointment. Jay, Justin, and Sean were very welcoming and hardworking. I would definitely suggest this place if someone were to ask me where they should go take their vehicle. You guys made my day better by being welcoming and working on it. Thanks again

First time coming to this Take 5 Oil Change location and it was great. Very attentive, nice, kind and excellent service.
Justin did great. Very nice, friendly and professional. His smile and personality makes the difference and definitely I'm coming back.
I highly recommend this location and Justin, he's the best!
