Horrible...I needed to transfer my Nokia to my Samsung & all the guy did was switch the card. He didn't help me "switch" everything like even Walmart did 4 me yrs ago! I am tech challenged & it took me HRS & a wk later I'm STILL not done! I suggest trying a store not in the mail. If u do go there, don't use the lazy guy w/dark hair parted on the side, small frame. + possibly a beard but I'm not sure if that.

Had an issue with t mobile I am not a customer but received a bill. Had to go to corporate store to get fixed as was told it could not be done over the phone. Young lady helped she was awesome and knowledgeable forget her name but it started with an O

After 20+ year's of being with t-mobile I will no longer recommend or use there service !!!!! They do not care about the customer like they used to do !!!!! GO TOO VERIZON AT LEAST THEY HAVE GOOD SIGNAL !!!!!!!

Rude.....asked about flipphone if any issues, he said " yeah they are all simple ". Asked for a s22, said none in stock, manager said there was, didn't even check to make sure. So very rude

I went into the store on Saturday, February 4, to get my phone cover replaced and the 3 associates were assisting customers so I waited. While I was waiting another customer came in. One of the store managers acknowledged me and said someone would be with me in a moment. He went to the back got his things and he left the store. As soon as he left Brian, one of the associates, started assisting the Caucasian man and after he finished with him he came over to me. I asked him why did he serve him before serving me and he replied "So are you saying I intentionally skip you". I replied "Yes" and he said "Then I am not going to help you, John can help you". I then asked him his name he told me Brian and said "I am not going to get in trouble for skipping you". I sat down for a while to wait on the other associate and decided no I will take my business elsewhere. So I got up went over to the counter to look at his name tag for the correct spelling of his name and he said "My name is Brian, B-R-I-A-N and I am not going to get in trouble for skipping you" I replied "It is your attitude and rudeness". Not one time did he apologize or show any remorse instead he was rude, arrogant and disrespectful when he knew I was there before the other gentleman because he saw me when I entered the store and looked me in my face several times while I was waiting. It is sad that as an African-American woman I am being treated the way I was in the 60's when I was born.
