We have used Tailored Car Care for some time now. Don, Heidi and staff/mechanics are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and most of all friendly. I feel that Don the owner is upfront and honest about whatever issue we bring our cars in for. They aren't there to try to sell you everything under the sun. If they notice something that needs attention they will let you know and give you the option to take care of it or wait. I greatly appreciate that. Thanks Tailored Car Care for all you do.

We’ve been dealing with an electrical/mechanical problem for 3 years in our vehicle . Once the problem was diagnosed properly Don was able to install and program the parts properly finally fixing the problem. Don was recommended by several of the older reputable shops in town as the man able to properly program the unit.

Always a pleasure going here. Don and his crew will always do their best to keep your car running smooth. They have been servicing my car and doing all the maintenance the dealership recommends. They have also worked on my wife’s car and have helped her many times and always got us pointed in the right direction. Tailored car care doesn’t want to make a quick $$$, they want to do the best they can for your vehicle and are extremely honest!

Don was a great help with fixing an oil drain plug that wouldn't come out. He and his team worked their magic and got it out. It wasn't easy for them but they didn't give up after over an hour. Most people would have given up and charged me for an unnecessary oil pan replacement. Don is a straight forward, honest man with a great work ethic. His team of guys are very resourceful and know what they are doing. I will use his shop for any repairs in the future.

I would recommend Don and his team to anyone who is looking for a trusted mechanic. I started using Tailored after another mechanic told me that my car needed a new $7000 engine. Turns out it didn’t. Don is always honest, never up charges for unnecessary work, and explains things to me. Heidi at the front is awesome at scheduling and always friendly. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this shop by another shop because of my problem. The part we needed was no longer available on our 2012 ford escape. So we had our other issue addressed, an oil leak. The work was completed in a timely fashion. We won't hesitate to go back.

A good honest mechanic!! My brother used to work for them and he always recommends that I take my car there. If he can't work on it because they are very honest. You don't have to worry about being taken advantage of.

I have used Don and Tailored Car Care to change out fuel injectors on my Dodge Ram pickup and to change out a wheel bearing on a Honda Accord. Both times he/they are honest and reasonable on the prices and are not the kind of place that tries to add on charges or screw you over because "THEY CAN!"We will always use them for any vehicle issues that we cannot do ourselves.BrettService: General repairs & maintenance
