First time. I pulled in right away. No waiting. Everyone actually had smiles on their faces. Garr was wonderful. He answered my questions and even made suggestions. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

I have been very pleased with the service. I like that I get to stay in my car and it only takes ten minutes and I'm done. Employees are very friendly also. Not pushy on sales.

Short staffed, very slow, paperwork said they checked tire pressure and cleaned window, which they did not.Also claimed coolant was safe, but later admitted it is in the low side, but did not have the correct fluid. Now it makes me concerned they don't do other services they claim they have completed.We've been going here for years, but this will be our last visit

It's true.. These folks are more than able to handle a fine European car like mine, as well as they are able to handle any other motor vehicle.I drive a Porsche Panamera 4S Executive. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant people.Obviously I saved a lot of money on my oil service!Great job TAKE 5 !

The intake tech explained patiently , after I asked about the different options. He showed me my filters before discarding them. He explained the top of process as well. I was in and out in less than half an hour.

Using the Baseline location for years. Never the same employees, maybe twice same guy, I don't know why and I don't ask. I assume they rotate to other locations. Very friendly, offered water, not too pushy with sales but I'm also firm with my no, thank you. Use a coupon which makes it better. Quick in and out. They show me my filters and oil once replaced. I knew my washer fluid and coolant needed to be topped off and they covered that. Pass. Highly recommend.

Excellent service & very fast. The mechanics checked out all of the fluids & filters, making recommendations based on their inspection and even have promotions offering veterans discounts. I highly recommend this shop.

I always go to take five from my oil changes and they are great at suggesting what I need for my car. But this time my partner took took my car, and when I asked her if I should give a review, she said "give them five stars" which means a lot because she's very picky and very critical. Visited for an oil change. Service was very thorough and professional.Just a suggestion... make the customer aware of what service is being performed prior to doing. It was a little unsettling when the technician started unplugging and snapping covers under the hood...Service: Oil change

The on shift manager was amazing, offered me a bottle of water and made me feel comfortable. I only go to this take five because of the great service! Didn’t try to force any extra services on me. Love it!

Great service!!!! They didn’t ask me to get nothing I don’t need they answered all my questions I had with a smile and no attitude!!! And gave me a free bottle of water while they change my oil sec time coming here for a oil change and never had a bad experience there great job guys keep it up and I will always come back!!!Service: Oil change
