The best customer service that I have received at any bank, anywhere. The associate that helped me with some account transitions was super helpful over a multiple days. She even provided great service by email and connected me with tech support when things weren't working as expected. Her colleagues also jumped right in to assist when I was in store. I could not have had a more positive experience.

New to the area. Shopping for a new bank. Needed change/quarters for a car wash. They refused since I wasn’t a customer yet. Will not be choosing this bank. In the time it took to explain they don’t service non-customers they could have exchanged cash for coins.

Although all of the employees I dealt with were professional, Ms Chochi Cuevos deserves an award for excellence. I’m not very knowledgeable with online banking. One visit, one 15 minute conversation and I am now VERY comfortable with it all. She understood, took control, made the experience go from anxious about doing it to down right easy and informative. I’m no expert, but she is, and I thank her and TD bank for the experience. DEFINITE 5 star rating for Ms Cuevos! TD bank, you need a six star rating for employees like this !
