The school really needs to look into allocating some money to a phone operator during peak times i.e. when school semesters start back up. I was on hold for 50 minutes because I thought I misplaced my cengage access and thought i'd have to get a new one (turns out that's not how that works.) Honestly, they probably explained it to me when I bought it but I couldn't remember. When I finally got a hold to somebody on the otherside they sounded frantic and frazzled. I was then informed on how cengage worked (which incompetence on my part,) yet I feel I wouldn't be upset if this interaction only took 5 minutes not 50. This could all be avoided if they had someone dedicated to the phones calls; my stupid question would have been resolved faster and they could get back to matters of the store. Other than that they usually are on the mark and nice. Just need to fix the phone situation.

Bookstore was stocked, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Super helpful in making sure I got the books I needed. Loved the rental option. I saved money and the return process was so easy.

Bookstore does not answer their phone, told to leave a message and they will respond in 24-48 hours. I need to my books today not in 24-48 hr. I need a simple question answered.

When I try to call the bookstore for questions on books no one ever answers during their times of operation. I live an hour away, and often times when I do make the journey there I am told a book was a code sent to my email that ended up in spam or something of the like, something that would’ve turned a two hour commute into a 2 min phone conversation.

They will let you in the store and come into contact with them just to tell you that you have to go online to sell back your books because it is contactless... makes sense right? That is CF as a whole for you. Cannot recommend a different school enough.

No matter when I visit the bookstore the staff goes out of their way to assist me. They often have sales which you can get some great items. I love the prices on the books they put on sale from kid books to instructional books.

I always have issues with the staff here. I ordered some books and have been trying to check on the order since December 23rd but they never pick up the phone. Usually unhelpful, always have an attitude if you try to ask a question.

I do not recommend these people helping you get a book or ringing up the books. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG BOOK. I OPENED IT. NOW I CAN NOT RETURN IT. NOW IT WILL COST ME ANOTHER 100$ TO GET THE CORRECT BOOK FOR MY CLASS. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS BOOKSTORES EMPLOYEES. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED BETTER.
