We moved here in July of 2024 and it's been a great experience. Maintenance is prompt with fixing solutions. Office staff is super nice and listen when there are issues. We have since renewed and are happy to be here for another year.

Brian the maintenance guy that came to fix my AC went so above and beyond that I had to pull out my laptop and write a thorough review. Someone. Give. This. Man. A. Raise. You might say, Jenny, is it the heat that got you feeling grateful for this man for fixing your air conditioning and you’d also say this about another maintenance guy if he too fixed your AC after your apartment was borderline in the 80s? NO. You’d be wrong. My air conditioner was fixed not once, not twice, but a third time. The first time it messed up, I genuinely forgot what was wrong, I was too heat stroked to ask further questions, the second time was more recent and it needed freon after my air conditioner was a block of ice, and this time well I forgot, but it was bad enough that this guy had to go to a store for it and he came back so quick and prepared a spa treatment specifically for my air conditioner that I was stunned. My guy was scrubbing that AC and giving it the queen spa treatment it deserved. So much came out of that AC that genuinely I felt sorry because it meant my AC has seen some sheet from me and the past tenants.
No one cared enough to treat my AC like the queen she deserved except for Brian and I have a feeling that I won’t have a problem for a long time. I genuinely get anxiety when it starts to become too hot and dealing with pain problems, tensing up isn't the best thing, genuinely my toddler handles heat better than I do. But he fixed it so quickly, came in, did his job swiftly and got out after ensuring that I had no issues before departing.
So yes, if anyone from the Estates are feeling charitable and wants to throw extra money at their employees to keep them loyal, Brian the maintenance guy and even Ashley at the front of the estates are two that you should keep in mind to keep in your team of dedicated workers.

I want to thank Measha for the help she provided. The Estates are a very comfortable place to call home. The space that’s the house has, the price was undeniable perfect for my budget. If you are looking for a place to call home call Measha she is the a great person to work with. Thank you again 🫶🏽🥰

I went for a tour the model apartment very spacious but unfortunately looks very dirty all around the complex. Like how you supposed to invite guess over when everything around looks so disgusting dirty. I will not even work in a place that looks like this place not impress at all.

Updated review:
We dealt with serious BLACK MOLD at this location and it was not fixed properly prior to move in and we never knew. They cosmetic fixed things, but I never felt it to be appropriately resolved so we moved out and broke our lease. The leasing agent below is still wonderful person.
But the maintenance manager totally lied to us about the mold and was told about it a month before by an employee and then later denied it. Reached out to corporate and things suddenly showed up. A new HVAC unit practically overnight. The problem is the entire place needs new units and windows. They refused to replace the ducting and cleaned it despite it being flexible ducting that was cheap to replace. Unpleasant once we had a serious issue. I’m leaving 3 stars for the few maintenance guys who were good prior meaning the guys under him are awesome and not the manager himself.
Measha was a good agent still and should receive 5 to be fair.
Measha was such a great leasing agent! She even took the time to make snow-cones for my kiddos. I really appreciated how thorough she was in explaining costs/details. She was so kind and helpful. I recommend checking out this property if you need a place to call home. Great pool and patio area as well as fitness center.

No loyalty to residents… take your money somewhere else because even if you’ve leased for over a year they would rather have someone new come in and take a lease you’ve been asking for than help get you the information you need for a transfer. Then they’ll tell you the other person gets priority even though you were asking to put in the application a week prior.

Everyone knows moving can be stressful enough with the packing, unpacking and all the other work that goes along with it. That’s why I was so thankful that my leasing agent Ashley was extremely professional and thorough when it came to making me feel comfortable with my application process. She always had a smile on her face. She was empathetic about my moving situation and even remembered little things about me. That made the whole process feel extremely personable. She guided me on tours of available units and was extremely knowledgeable about each and every property. Ashley made sure to thoroughly answers all my questions and concerns that I had. When I had a question, I would shoot over an email. She was very responsive and excellent with communication. Everything was explained clearly and whenever I had a problem, Ashley made sure she did whatever it took to help out with the situation. Keep up the outstanding job!!

I’m a current resident that put in an after hours request due to my ac unit losing power. DC called me immediately within 3 minutes and then came to help me out so I didn’t have to sleep in the Florida heat. He did a great job and this complex has great staff.

I visited this property and Encountered A Staff member of the of Ms. Crusaw She was very knowledgeable about the property took me on a tour on their golf cart. Very friendly show me this beautiful model apartment. She has great customer service skills . Looking forward to possibly renting at this complex.
