Shoddy business paid money for them to fix my daughter's Nintendo DS , they had it for over a month and it was still broken......NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Staff is nasty to you. Bad customer service

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After they wouldn't refund my deposit. I wound up taking the part I ordered with me and I'll install it myself.

No communication, horrible customer service,I took my laptop in due to it not charging they did not fix it sold me a new laptop (super expensive) I took it home it didn’t work brought it back they sold me a different charger for the new computer and it overpowered the battery causing me to loose all of my schoolwork. Would not recommend this store. A cheaper more reliable and inexpensive alternative is the fix-it tech in Belleview Fl they have amazing customer service and are amazing with their products

Had trouble with my Dell desktop. I looked for a computer repair place and chose Tech Fix because of the many good reviews. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. I will happily drive the 20 miles to get here again, the next time my computer fritzes out.

If I could I wouldn't leave any stars this company is complete trash wouldn't refer anybody to them. A very bad work ethics. No communication in the business whatsoever. And a very bad demeanor with their customers.

Great knowledge of computers and phones. On many occasions had them practically bring my phone back to life and best part usually done the same day or next day. Highly recommend for all your computer or phone issues.

Was told 24 hours for a diag. No call back after 4 days (excluding weekends).. called @10am for update, left message, no return call back. Showed up at 12:30 and lady says it’s more than just a power supply issue, and no tech was there to explain anything further. She suggested to give computer, very nervously. I personally don’t know why she wouldn’t apologize for not getting back to me like a normal business that does, but people like that like to turn and burn customers and that’s why they lose business.

Bad attitude! VERY slow to work on your item. And they are constantly telling you they have no idea when they can look at your item but they'll call you.
