If I could give them zero, I would. Yesterday, on 1/5/24, I made a reservation at 10 am for a U-Haul truck because I had a pending business to buy a car after 5 pm. I reserved it for 4:45 pm, and I arrived at the store at 4:44. An older lady at the register, with a terrible attitude, asked for my reservation confirmation. When she saw it was for 4:45 pm, she said she couldn't give me the truck because she didn't have time to do the paperwork since she closed the business at 5 pm. This lady shouldn't be managing that business as it clearly requires more than she can provide.

Very rude , unprofessional , & outright disrespectful , the old lady needs to retire , she’s lost her marbles big time , affecting the experience the customers have . Wouldn’t rent me a trailer cause it was “broken” but wouldn’t offer me any other trailer she had available. Waited 20 minutes to be helped . Only to be told it’s broke & she skipped me and went to help someone else. She blames her help she has for being so unorganized and confused , when really it’s her she is the root of this places problem read all the reviews about her !!!! . This place gives small business a bad name I’ll be driving down the road to tractor supply from now on . I highly recommend not going there . I will be reporting this to uhaul in hopes they are no longer a authorized dealer tarnishing the uhaul name , we have enough in the area as is
