Charlie took care of my car in no time. I came in not knowing why my tire was making an odd noise. I was here for maybe twenty minutes and it was fixed! Fasted service I have received!!

Charlie in sales was awesome to work with. He didn’t try to upsell me, explained everything clearly, and got me in and out way faster than I expected. Super friendly and honest.. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him.

Absolutely the best service. As a woman I have struggled finding a great place to take your car and get a great deal is important. This place provides that and Charlie is top notch. I highly recommend!

I came to them to get a tire replaced and they replaced the tire but then I felt my ride when driving was very bumpy so I called them to ask if I could bring it in or make an appointment and they said I could bring it in whenever, so when I showed up a couple days later, I walked in and said the issue and asked if they could look at it. The guy there was extremely rude, I think his name was Charlie. He told me I couldn’t just walk in, that they are like a drs office and I need to make an appointment. I asked if I could take it to a different location closer to Citrus Springs where I live, and he said he doesn’t know where I live. I told him “I just said Citrus Springs”. He was super rude and basically tried to make me feel stupid for not making an appointment after I had called and spoke to someone a week earlier who had told me I could just bring it in whenever. I called a different Tire Kingdom down the road, at 5530 SW College road in Ocala and they were very nice and told me I could bring it in. They looked at my car and discovered the problem, all while maintaining great customer service. I highly recommending to not go to this location. They don’t know how to treat customers. Go to the one close to the Heathbrook Plaza Publix instead!! I’d give this location zero stars if I could just because of the poor customer service and rudeness I was treated with! I never leave reviews but I had to this time. I will be giving a much better review for the 5530 SW College Rd location!
