First time visiting the TJ Maxx in Ocala after moving here and really disappointed that I was stalked by employees while shopping with my small kids the entire time I was there. Got jewelry some clothes and other stuff and spent over $140 but was treated like a criminal.

I showed up at 9:00 PM before they closed at 9:30 PM. Within 10 minutes they made 3 announcements that they were closing at 9:30 PM. I was approached by 4 different employees within 15 minutes “reminding” me of their closing time. I understand that employees are ready to leave at the end of their shift, but this level of communication felt excessive and, at times, overwhelming. Having worked in retail for over 8 years, I can confidently say that this type of approach is not standard practice, and it detracts from the customer experience. Unfortunately, experiences like this contribute to why many consumers are turning to online shopping, ultimately leading to the decline of brick-and-mortar businesses.

Crazy, as one might expect on Christmas Eve. Shelves are a mess, six, six people checking folks out of the store and there is still a line that is 35-40 people deep.
Next year, get the shopping done early (Note to self).

Neat sales and great prices;
-My hyaluronic acid is much cheaper here and I found many gift options.
-My cashier and all employees were super friendly!
-Bathroom was clean and easily located.
