Came here for Milwaukee warranty work. Process was easy and professional. I took some time to admire the literal arsenal of consumables (drill bits blades cut off wheels etc) and will definitely be stopping by more often as this is a very convenient location…they also have a whole setup for sharpening stuff.

My Passelode 16ga angled finish nailer had been screwing up (jamming, misfiring) more and more recently till finally it quit working altogether. A friend of mine mentioned Tool Doctor and I gave them a call. Yes, they have a program where if you bring your nailer in they ship it out for cleaning, maintenance, and repair, turn around time 2 weeks for $150. It was worthless to me as it was so I took it in. I got a call 2 weeks later and picked it up. What a Difference!! It was like have a brand new machine. It hasn’t misfired or jammed even once since I got it back. I HIGHLY recommend the Tool Doctor!! 5 Stars

Took in a Craftsman 7-1/4 cordless miter. To have arm spring replaced. Was told could be fixed. Was told it would cost $20 to look at, if it could be fixed that would go towards the bill. They had saw for a meek or so. We got a call back stating saw spring could not be fixed, and were further instructed to come pick up our saw. In which we did, but for some reason we didn’t get our $20 bucks back. Not sure what happened, but I do know we paid them $20 just to hold our saw for a week, and at the end of it all they couldn’t fix the unit!

I was a long time customer of tool doctor until they insulted me by calling my tools junk just because they couldn't fix them. This was after they held them for 3 weeks, and a $20 deposit I didn't get back.This place wants to SELL you tools, not repair them.They also decided to call today and leave a message for me to come pick up my tools, or they will become their tools. Problem is I picked them up several weeks ago

He called me back within 60 seconds. I stopped in and spoke with Austin, who was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Skip the big box stores and visit here; you won’t be disappointed.

I spoke with brian i believe today on the phone about a warranty repair for a dewalt planer that the motor died in after dewalt told me to use them for the repair. I was told to bring the planer in they would do the repair. Once i arrived after driving an hour from Gainesville i was given a number for a Orlando repair center and flat out told they did not really want to deal with the repair. Then they attempted to get me to trade my warranty item in for the purchase of a refurbished replacement at 329 dollars. I find it odd the wanted the exact price dewalt said they would pay for mine to be repaired and he also wanted me to pay for a warranty replacement. Had i accepted that offer then they could have filed a claim made dewalt pay them for a repair on my item and doubled there money by selling my repaired item to the next customer. Stear clear of this establishment that is some very shady business practices. I followed up with dewalt and they are covering shipping to a separate repair facility and doing the repairs for free under the 3 year warranty as it should be
