The guy was super busy but got my bicycle in for a look over. He fixed what needed to be fixed and was super reasonably priced. That was after I left Santos bike shop who did nothing for me

This small, locally owned and operated shop is excellent. As a prior bicycle mechanic and sales professional myself, I am absolutely a bike shop snob. This shop is small but mighty. They adjusted my wheelchair bearings quickly and had excellent products at fair prices. The mechanic was very personable and obviously well experienced as well. This store also works on recumbent trikes and had at least two being serviced while I was there. A true one stop shop ❤️

Just experienced one small business with the best customer service in Ocala! If you need bike repair of any kind go to Top Gear Bicycle Shop and ask for Ryan!My daughter’s wheelchair became unstable, while this isn’t their focus, they said they would give it a look. Even though he was busy, he called within a couple of hours and had found and fixed the issue! Thank you for being there when we needed you! Great knowledge, service & skill. Price was right too!

Great service.Family owned and operated.They have always come through with my repairs and tune ups. Shop them before you buy and always let them service your bikes.
