The Pensacola Bahia grass seed that Tractor Supply sells is mostly Rye grass seed.
So it germinates quickly and you think you're getting Bahia grass seeds growing but it is not the case.
If you're paying $107.00 for a bag of grass seed with the name Pensacola Bahia grass seed blasted across the front of the bag that's what you should be getting.
If I wanted rye grass seed I would buy a bag of rye grass seed, especially for $107.00.
Deceptive at best, fraud at worst.
EDIT: Notice in the Tractor Supply response they don't deny that the bag is mostly rye grass seeds, they do not care. The manufacturers warranty refund inconvenience they reference doesn't change the facts.

2/9, I was told that there was no one to fill propane tanks because too many people called out due to the Superbowl. There were at least 2 male employees who had both filled my tanks in the past. Apparently not every customer counts. I rely on propane to keep my business going. I will not be back. I need a distributor that I can depend on & who values my patronage.

I have used dog washes before that were attached to a car wash station. They were very good.
This was certainly not the case for tractor supply's. The place was dirty, the floor was dirty.
Everything was broken. Only had minimum water pressure. Couldn't use the ramp as it has been broken off its bar
On both wash stations. Had to go ask for towels as there were none.

This Place has the worst customer service!!! Just left, after standing in line the register apparently had issues the cashier didn't say anything instead she closed the register and opened the other side taking customers that was to the back of the line instead of doing the right thing and moving all of us that was waiting 1st over. This is the place to shop if you want to get pushed back to the back of the line again after done waiting your turn once and all the people behind us that was skipping thought it to be ok and responded with call the manager! People when people are in line ahead of you that doesn't give you a right to move a head of them!

We went to use the dog wash station. There's no soaps in the machine ( second time). The bottled shampoo and conditioner was near empty. The room had a foul odor. It was extremely dirty( full of pet hair).
We attempted to clean before and after our session.
We are very disappointed as this is the second time in a row.
The store itself seems clean and well managed, this part, is NEGLECTED.

why oh why are there never enough cashiers? maybe the employee should not worry about the popcorn and open a register. Aside from the lines being long, it’s just plain hot standing in line.

Guy behind counter was too busy texting on his phone to help me. Went to counter twice and he couldn't remember what i had asked for help with. Spent mega bucks here today but it's my last visit.

I have now stopped crying and almost enough to write this. This has nothing to do with the actual store but a product they sell. It's a 9 in one shot for dogs. Well it put my Dog (frenchie) in the hospital. 10 mins after given to him, he fell to the ground. His legs stopped working. He was throwing up and pooping at the same time. Thank goodness I live 6 mins from an emergency vet. They stated the shot shocked his nervous system. Canine Spectra 9 a $27 dollar shot ended up costing me $500 dollar vet bill.

Get it together.
People are in there buying high Dollar items. You make more than enough money as a company to get it staffed with proper employees. I don’t have time to sit around there all day absolutely packed, which is great for you with with one person on register.
Multiple people waiting around so that someone could find the feed. I’ll take my money elsewhere since you guys can’t staff your store properly. This is not the first time I’ve had experience and I am completely totally 100% over coming in your store and feeling like I’m bothering you to purchase items.

The dog wash station doors were blocked by industrial fans. Tried to go around to the garden department to get in just for the path to be blocked by pallets. I had to crawl over the garden dirt bags to get myself my dog and my grandson into the pets wash station. Just to find out the station was very very dirty! The amount of dirt and hair all over the room. You can tell it has not been cleaned in a very long time. I will wash my dogs elsewhere next time.

The absolute worst tractor supply we have ever seen! You can not get through the aisles! All the plants are dried out. What a mess!!! Never again!!!
