I was just at the Tractor Supply on 484. When I was checking out, a worker was complaining to the cashier about another employee. It stopped when another employee went by. Then the complaining employee and the one walking by started yelling at each other in the parking lot. They werent in each other's faces but still... It looked like one just got off at 2(it was 2:08) and was leaving. He called the other one worthless and unprofessional as he was walking off; the other one was spotting someone on a ladder. They each said they were telling the boss about the other. They were both unprofessional and none of that should have been happening.

Looking for a round bale of hay. Called first and was told yes they had them. Drove 25 miles through some horrendous traffic and was told they were out, expected some in a day or two. Clerk said they haven’t had any in stock for days. Believe it or not the same thing happened about 2 years ago and I swore I’d never go back. After 2 years I forgave them I guess… haha! Obviously some of their employees have little regard for their customers.

I went to the PET WASH. It wasn't that clean. Supplies were full of other dogs' hair.

Pet wash was horrible. I have a large dog and the 2 towels I received were thin and non absorbent. We went back for more and the person was reluctant but afraid to get in trouble. We received a bonus towel. The area had the horse shampoo and conditioner in bottles to use. Nothing loaded into the system for shampooing and conditioning. No bib to keep me dry. A chair in the room would be nice and the room needed a cleaning. Even for $10 it was not worth it and my dog is now itchy. When you arrive and tell the cashier that you are there to use the wash, they act like it’s a ‘palace’ and I felt that me and my dog were sized up to see if ‘we were worthy’.

Unfortunately, I have to update this post. This is not the kind of review that I want to give to TSC, but if I dont do it, who will protect my rights? Looks like that you have a "KAREN" working in your store, a racist woman that hates my presence when I goes to do my shopping in your store, her attitude to me is like "buy and get out of here" she also make faces like if she felt disgusting for my presence. My rights are first than her racist and hates for other people, if she don't change her behaviors I will be looking for an attorney, I will show that I have dignity and I have the right to live out of discrimination. I never go to places disorderly, and I'm not a criminal, I'm an honest person, and my background can tell you! I hope this "KAREN" change to good!
I bought this waterer for my chickens, the capacity of water 5 gallons, I can also attach the water hose to refill it and also cleaning. I recommend this product.

I went to the store with questions about non ethanol fuel. A lady was helping but wasn't as knowledgeable as Nathan. Nathan could have sold me something just to sell, but he didn't, and because he did that, I made other purchases, and he has gained my trust to come back to this location. He is a hard worker, and when he doesn't have customers, he's cleaning the aisles. He deserves a promotion. Thank you, Nathan. I would give you 10 stars. Great work ethic!

Eric makes this tractor supply good enough to call 5 stars. But Every time he is not in there the rudest people work. 8 people in line. Alyssa standing around confused i ask if she’s open and she turn around to tell me “she couodve been snarky there”. She couodve been doing her job and helping the eight people in line on the other side. Not my first experience. Cashiers don’t know what they are doing and clearly hate working at tractor supply. Eric is the only one with any customer service.

Why in the world would you change your hours to 8-8!!!! You officially taking my money elsewhere. I shop early and late and rural king is open 7-9 and that makes a difference. You guys suck

Don't try to call the store seems like they don't answer or just hang-up on you. So much for ordering online and trying to call to confirm partial order in.
