Disappointed - We purchased a new 3.5 Ton Trane Split System and was sold a DRY system. Had to add 9.9 lbs of this new gas at almost $600 a jug for 20 lbs..... We immediately called to explain what we had come across only to be offered $75 off a new jug of Freon and a store credit of $200 but only to be used towards the purchase of equipment; all due to a manufacturer issue.... we should not have to continue to come out of pocket for something we have already paid for and did not receive.
Additionally, We should not have to guarantee these supply houses a certain amount of sales every year to get better pricing or higher seer equipment.

I am a service tech and I dread having to call yall since I'm on hold for a minimum 25 minutes almost consistently this is so annoying and it's exactly why we don't sell your equipment you suck and your equipment isn't even good 10 years of doing this and you still miss me off

Save your money and buy a cheaper unit. The money you save can be used to make repairs if needed. I thought by going with a more expensive unit I would save money in the long run boy was I dead wrong.

Poorest Services I've ever received from a HVAC supply house. No wonder i DON'T SELL TRANE equipment. Ordered a defrost control board a week ago and still hasn't showed up. Could of ordered it online and got it in two days. Shame on you Trane Ocala. The staff their are strait clowns.

INSTALLED NEW $ 9000 U
NIT ON Tuesday unit still not working no fault of contractor no support from local supply house understand Hurricane but no emergency # ???? I have been a plant manager and we always had a 24 hr emergency # no more recommendation for Trane or this local warehouse contractor hand were tied very sad situation my neighbor just installed a Bryant unit and no issues guess I made a bad decision??¿
