I had scheduled the service to be done the previous week but because AAA towing could not get their act together to tow my car to Pals, I had to reschedule and the staff at Pals was very accommodating. UPDATE: Back at Shannon’s with a dead Mini Cooper. After extensive troubleshooting, the shop explained that the Main Module (forgot the name) was defective and I needed to go to dealership for this one. They hooked me up with Mike’s Towing who took the car the BMW Gainesville. I’m totally pleased that they stepped way and above what my past experiences have been with other shops just throwing parts at it. Thanks again guys! Gainesville BMW was extremely professional, courteous, and reasonable (the part alone was $4k+, $4,000+). Mike’s Towing was super too!”
