“During a stressful situation after totaling my car on Hwy 301 coming back into belleview, vehicles were not merging over into the left lane to clear space between traffic and our safety. Big oak towing came and put their truck and lights (after dark) behind us so we had some protection and the traffic had awareness. Soon after seeing how distressed my friends and I were to get my car onto A uhaul car dolly and worried for our safety and security. The driver of big oak towing, requested to take my car home, free of charge because he didn’t want to see any of us hurt ourselves. That man was an outstanding blessing in the absolute time of need. I could never thank him enough!”

“There are no better persons on the plant than the staff here. EVERY TIME I have had any want or need, they are there to help. Their call center staff are top notch, helping in every situation. The drivers are great too. They go way out of their way to answer all my questions and ensure I get where I need to be when I need to be there. The only room for improvement would be adding more busses to increase the frequency. That would be hard though because it requires finding more exceptional staff like the ones they have. Thanks for everything.”
