It’s not rocket science, but it sure is good! Nice location that’s convenient to get to. They had a nice, dependable working vehicle for me to get my job done. Easy pick up, followed by an easy drop off 1000 miles away. Great experience overall!

Meh. It's a storage unit. Hate the prices go up so often, and the gates are always in disrepair. But the place is clean and I have never had an issue in my temp controlled unit.

If I could give a zero to these evil thieving people. I would. The manager Tiffany seems to take people belongings and sell them for the company to make money. Do not take your stuff to this storage, one payment missed and before the next payment was dew she took our belongings. There is no action, no communications, we have gone several times before to puck up our items before and she refused to give it to us. The elder gentleman that opened the storage had told them the items was not his and the owner would pick it up. The owner went to pick up several times and Tiffany refused to allow the items to be picked up. It's a business here, the manager take your stuff and sell them for personal gain and all the staff are in on it. No records ofaction, no record of anything, no communications. They just decided to take our things and sell them. I spoke with Jesus who told me to go and pick my things, as he had arranged for me to collect them, when I showed up Tiffany would not even look in the system to see what was recorded, the moment she saw me because she knew she stole and sell or kept my things, she said she was going to call the police to remove me from the property, how can you call police to remove someone from a property that has a concerned about their items thatcannot be accounted for, in less than a month. Customer service had to call Tiffany to request information because there were no legal documentation for the item that Tiffany took. Storage is said to never touch or remove items, so where are they, we request call, no one called, no one cared because, it seems the norm no verification as to what happen. Uhaul does not care either, it's what Tiffany says verbally not what is documented as to clients belongings, only if someone dies and had norelative, should this happen not 1 month, there is a process before items can beauctioned, besides before the miss payment a month before, the owner went to pick up the items and Tiffany with permission from the person that opened the storage still refuse to release them.they told us only to call to verify permission to remove them yet with they did not and in less than a month the items were not releases kept for Tiffany business on the side. Thieves, wicked lying thieves all of them lies and dishonest. They all work to take your stuff for their own gain.
