Stay away from this place.
Had a storage unit at this location, all of the sudden my service contract was terminated without even a call, text, email, no reason given, even when the whole month was already prepaid for, basically stole almost half a month of service that i had already paid for. Highly unprofessional behavior to steal from customers.

My wife and I were in and out quickly to get our reservation. Mary J at the front counter was friendly, helpful and even gave us a few extra miles for free. She was the only one working as well. I would definitely recommend this location for your moving or storage needs

MINUS ONE STAR FOR THE Checkout Link/APP
Fix the checkout link/app. At checkout U-Haul sent a link to my phone (Galaxy S-10 on Verizon network). The link connected me to a site where they present vehicle photos which are poor and show no real detail. You can accept or dispute by taking and uploading your own photos and adding comments. When trying to dispute (after taking photos and entering comments) the "app" would not allow me to "continue". This made the app completely useless and nothing but a complete waste of time. I presented this issue and showed it on my phone to the counter person. She entered my comments into her system. I asked if I could get a printout of my condition dispute showing the damage I was trying to note. She said "it is not possible to print out and for me to take photos which would be good enough as long as they showed a timestamp". At this point I was not real impressed, but had more urgent things to do.
Fix the App --- AND --- provide a backup/fall back HARD COPY PRINTOUT of condition reporting at checkout.

I am from out of town and I reserved a Uhaul via telephone and went to the address given to me to pick up the uhaul. Once I arrived at the location, I was informed that my reservation was at a different location. I was able to rent the uhaul there and was informed that I could return it to the reserved location. I returned it the same day with more gas than what was given. I was charged $298.00 and after speaking with corporate, who then transferred me to the store, the representative was extremely rude, informed me that it was returned with less gas than what was given to me. The representative did not assist me at all! I will not be utilizing uhaul for any future moves nor will I recommend it to any family or friends moving forward!

I have rented a lot of vehicles in my life BUT I never experienced such unprofessional and unfriendly staff! U-Haul changed the pick-up location without sending an e-mail so we finally ended up here (2 hours later), doors locked, no door bell, you have to find the staff to pick up your rental... and then... unfriendly, unprofessional, they don't care about their customers. Never again, and that means NEVER U-HAUL again, because you don't know at what station you'll end up picking up your rental when you reserve it.
