Very fast, friendly staff, and knowledgeable. We buy hay from them, all the time. They have expanded their u-haul business quickly, as well. We will be renting a 26' truck, from them, soon.

We reserved a cargo van a week ago and when my husband went to pick it up this morning it wasn’t available. We didn’t received a call to let us know. Also their website it says they open at 9AM, the reservation was for 9AM BUT, the lady told us they open at 10am and that’s when they will call to let us know the van it’s not available. She tried to offer a huge truck, if we wanted a truck we would have rented one. Poor customer service and not consideration and respect for the client’s time.
