I called this place twice to ask if I can drop off my Chevy volt to be serviced and they told me to bring it. After the tow truck driver got there and after I paid $250 to have it towed there the mechanic here says he doesn’t service my car and now I have to pay another $250 to get it towed elsewhere. Even though their website says that’s service hybrid and ev vehicles???

10/10 had a problem last minute fix it to the point I wouldn’t have to worry no more for a while and I have a Cadillac best shop in town!

I am new to Ocala. And have a vehicle that needed some serious work. After taking it to a shop and spending a lot of money and having to keep taking it back, I felt something wasn't right. So when I saw a billboard for Unique Auto and called. I am so blessed that I did. Because this shop is AWSOME! I was informed of the crappie job the other shop did. I was so upset. But Unique auto fixed my jeep at a great price And they make you feel like family.

My fiance went here to get his tire repaired. They said that it was his valve stem and replaced it. This auto repair shop was his only option to go to since his tire was basically flat and Unique Auto Repair was extremely close to where he was. After they fixed it, it went from a $30 bill to a $115 bill. My fiance tried explaining that everywhere else quoted $30 out the door including labor and the man who was ringing my fiance up started to argue and state that it was fair with the labor charges. The man was extremely rude to my fiance and overcharged him by $85.

This place is a complete rip off do not go! I had to wait 4 and a half hours just to have two valve stems replace with one vehicle ahead of me and on top of that they charged me $97 worth of “labor” for a 10 min job to replace two valve stems, RIDICULOUS!!Service: Auto tire replacement
