Absolutely the worst service ever. They don’t deliver package during business hours - when the hours of operation is posted on the door with a phone number. No one answers the phone but a robot that keeps repeating itself no matter what you say it does not understand anything and will nit connect to a real person. Terrible service - no way to talk to a compitant human.

Guy working here is unprofessional. He is rude and would not help. Basically told me to go some place else to ship. The whole place smelled like someone had been smoking 10 packs of cigarettes inside. Don't waste your time, just go to the post office and ship from there.

Y'all are really incompetent. You had me confirm the same address that was on the shipping label for my delivery? And I just got 2 separate deliveries from your company and you found my house just fine for those? Like wth is wrong with you people? Can you not read what is written the first time or are you just that lazy?

Had driver deliver a package and put it on the fence when I left instructions for the driver to deliver to my door they do this every time I order Thur Amazon anyone can come take my packages this is very unprofessional if I could leave no stars I would better step up your game before I report you too the bbb

My order was supposed to be here yesterday and had to sign for it . So I stayed home for work as it was a part I needed never came. I called customer service all I get is I'm sorry we can come out tomorrow or I can go up there at 11 at night to pick my package up. So I told them to just keep it there and I would pick it up today. We'll need less to say I still don't have it. I went up there and they sent it back on the truck. I drove a hour away just one way and wasted the gas for nothing. Talked to the supervisor and he was no help just saying sorry while he had a grin on his face. If I have a choice to use any other delivery service besides ups I will definitely be doing that. What a shame how they r with thier customer

I receive a lot of packages but every once in a while UPS tries to claim my delivery address is incorrect. Then I’ll verify the address on the phone multiple times over the course of several days. I’m then promised the problem is resolved and the packages will be sent out but then days pass and still no package. I order raw materials for my business through the mail so when this issues arrises it’s very inconvenient and costs me money. I now have to cancel my booth for the next vendor show I was going to attend. I don’t appreciate paying $100 for shipping and experiencing this type of inconvenience. I’m requesting my supplier switch to a more reliable carrier who doesn’t randomly decide my home delivery address is incorrect.

Five days straight so far and they won't deliver my package because "there's no house on the picture on Google maps"Newsflash aerial photos aren't live and houses get built every day. You've been here before and so has every other mail carrier.

The guy working was very nice and helpful. My complaint is how weird it was to find and just to go to with it being a distribution center. It just looked like a busy factory, you drove up to shipping and receiving and the entrance into the office was hard to find. The driver (must be new, according to the guy in the office). When we asked why our package was being held there, because the email my husband got said the receiver requested it be held, which was NOT true, he said we'll have to get the package and look at the note. Come to find out the driver held it because he didn't want to drive down our road, he labeled it bad road. There is some washout on one side, about 6feet then it's fine until you get to some sugar sand, but we all get delivery trucks up and down this road daily. Very aggravating!

Customer service is terrible, pickups are always late, and if you call for help the female manager here is very rude. This location is definitely giving UPS A TERRIBLE NAME!

I’m not quite sure why this “customer service center” exists - you are only connected with the automated system that will not transfer you to anyone directly. All the while, my package (containing perishables) is sitting at some facility because UPS cannot find my address even though they have delivered here before.

Really can't rate yet, trying to find out if an undeliverable package has come back to ups store. The store I shipped from never answers the phone and voice-mail is full. I'm the shopper but no tracking number

Pam, the Assistant manager did an excellent job fixing my league card that had issues for 2 weeks and she was able to detect and fix my information in the system properly, since others were unable to find me with my card, phone, or name! She is a very hard dedicated employee that solves problems and enjoys making customers happy. Kudos to her. Always greeting us with a smile on her face..
