Mostly always been a very nice and helpful place. Today they didn’t have large bags either the odd made kiosk, and the gentleman working behind the desk was rude about filling them up.

Katie help me out so much. She was so friendly helped me out with all my questions and gave me the best service. I hope she wins employee of the month because she helped me out so much with shipping out my mail, she is employee of the year material

I paid for both next-day and standard delivery for two letters at this UPS Store. I was told the standard letter would arrive in two days, and the next-day letter would be there by Friday. Instead, I received a call the next day saying the next-day letter never went out—but they would refund the $60 shipping fee and promised it would now arrive Saturday. In the end, the letters were not delivered until an entire week later!
When I contacted the store, they denied any responsibility. The employee I spoke with was also condescending and blamed the person who brought the mailing in. The irony? They’re literally a shipping store. There was no accountability, no ownership of the mistake—just excuses. Very disappointing experience.

Gave a 1 start because I had to. I had a package dropped off at this location for delivery to a business in Myrtle Beach, SC and UPS failed to deliver the item. I was sent an email from them verifying the address which I responded to saying it was correct. I was later sent and email saying that they could not find the business the deliver the item. The ironic part in this, is that when I informed the business in Myrtle Beach what I had initially been sent to me to verify the address, she said she had a UPS delivery that morning from another person. My item was sent back to me, I tried to recover my shipping costs to no avail, and sent the item vis USPS who did deliver the item. FEDEX will be my shipper of choice in the future!!

Donna is an exceptional leader! She helped me navigate a terrible situation with my fingerprinting. She went above and beyond while presenting herself as affable, polite, and very accommodating; she sets a great example for her team. It is clear she is the lynch pin of that UPS Store team and the reason that the store is a success. Brava Donna!

The Internet service inside store does not work. Very, very inconvenient. The man with the black framed glasses is a smarty that thinks everyone is dumb. He needs some lessons on customer service

My review is about an associate named Kyle. He was very rude from the beginning and disrespectful to my wife and myself. Just for a simple Amazon return. He did not respond to me when I asked how he was doing today, he told me to just set my packages on the scale. Then out of frustration he ripped a label I printed off and put on my packages to make the return easier. I work at an Amazon return center and have been doing this same work for about 5 years and understand how printing a label can be helpful for an associate. After ripping my label off the package, he could not scan it, he attempted to put it back together but it still would not scan. Had he not ripped it off with anger it would not have been a problem. So, I had to pull it up on my phone for him. I have been coming to this location for years. As of now I will not be returning to this location because of this experience.

Every time I have been here, the staff are professional, efficient, and very helpful. They are quick to assist with any questions or find the most efficient way to ship a package, and they are more than understanding if all I am coming in for is Amazon returns. Anytime I am unsure how to handle the return, they are quick to offer help in a friendly and efficient manner and I don't feel guilty. It makes me go out of my way to seek this store for my business despite living closer to others.
