This is the local store in my area.
It is convenient and the employees are friendly and highly knowledgeable.
On thus particular visit Mandi was the person to assist me. She is an extremely thorough customer service representative making sure everything is correct on your packages! Mandi takes her time with each customer no rushing,this is an extremely busy store.That is very important to me when you are sending a package to a loved one or to a business!!! was the person who took of today.Excellent customer service.

Friendly employees, always happy to take my scamazon returns, even when it's a lot. Aiden was phenomenal yesterday, super friendly and eager to help, and got me out of there lickety split!

Everything went super smooth. I had zero wait time. The clerk was very nice and friendly. My package arrived at the destination on time. The clerk offered useful information as well. I was in and out in 2 minutes.

Normally this store is a great experience. If I had known this store was closed for remodeling I would have opted to take my Amazon returns to Staples, now I have to drive across town to do so.
They should have let Amazon know about their closure so customers could make different plans.

Stopped by and saw they are under remodel. Can’t wait to see what the new store will be! I understand nearest store is at 3101 Sw 34Th Ave Ste 905, Ocala Fl 34474 next to the Ollies. They say it will be opened on Monday. :)

Went there today and they are closed for remodel. The website should have been updated to reflect them being closed. I traveled there just to find this out.

I had a great experience at my local UPS location. The team was fast, professional, and super helpful from start to finish. Whether I was dropping off packages, printing documents, or asking questions, they handled everything with a positive attitude and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
The store was clean, organized, and well-run—exactly what you want when you’re in a hurry or handling something important. I really appreciate their consistency and customer care.
Highly recommend this UPS location for reliable and friendly service!
