I really wish you’re website was functional, I can’t express how frustrating it is to try and look at the inventory for the Ocala location just to find out I can’t look at the inventory for the Ocala location… makes me not wanna call yall or anything.

They came up with every excuse in the book not to let me test drive the vehicle I went there for and truly wanted. So, I do have that doubt in the back of my mind. Mr Higginbotham was wonderful and tried to be as transparent as possible. Also, as with any financed purchase, the math never quite added up. I spent 5 1/2 hours to get financed. They did let me come back to retrieve a picture precious to me that I accidentally left in my visor. They provided me several finance options.Overall, not the horrible car purchasing experience we've all come to expect.They just hid their shadiness well.UPDATE: They went out of business, sold my loan to a horrible finance company and never bothered to get anyone to take over the $2900 service warranty I paid them for and can't seem to recover on my own. Am going to have to hire an attorney to recover my losses. If there are any lots left open...I do NOT recommend going to them.

I previously had my review at 5 stars, but after two years of dealing with this company, I'd have to say I'd give it a 0 star if it was possible. Do yourselves a favor and do not consider this place. They took advantage of the fact that I was 17 years old at the time buying my first car and got me into the worst contract for me possible. 2 years of them almost never taking my payments out on time, just for them to call me and tell me it's late and charge me a fee. Their support team is almost impossible to get a hold of. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, they switched financing over to a company called Westlake Portfolio Management who won't take my payments out either and are even harder to get a hold of. Buying from here is Credit hell, I'd recommend a rinky-dink used car lot over USAutoSales!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this was able to save somebody
