I was dropping off a few packages and a working employee in the back came out and assisted me with a few packages. Even explained how the automated machine works. Awesome people there!

Lady worker refused to tape my package if though there was a tape gun in plain sight. Very rude workers. Consider using self service.

If I could rate it -5 stars I would, Horrendous horrible service here. Waiting lines are long that it leads outside the lobby. Self-service is never working, they don’t bother to fix it. They let people skip lines, the skinny employee with glasses did. All other employees work insanely slow for something that takes a few minutes. Just a warning if you are going here

The Postal Services here in Florida that have to come to Ocala seem to have no honoring of when things will be delivered as far as a date goes things just sit at distribution centers for days before being properly delivered to the right person and for some reason nobody ever knows why things just sit for days this should be moving because anything that I order that needs to be delivered from the Postal Service you can automatically guarantee it's going to be 3 days late for absolutely no reason and it will sit in Jacksonville for 2 days for no reason

i guess the damn phones don’t work or something.
packages constantly being marked delivered before they’re actually delivered, if delivered ever at all. report a mailman? Don’t bother, results in absolutely nothing. What a freaking joke.

The touchpad you're required to use in order to tell the machine how you want your receipt appears to be covered in smeared, greasy feces. The clerk (the mouthy blond with the attitude) laughed at my back as I walked away after informing her that it needed to be cleaned. I don't know if they let you take photos, but next time I go in I'll try to get a shot of it, as it's really disgusting and a public health issue.

Horrible service no one picks up the phone. It rings maybe 5 times and then it disconnects you.

Zero stars if that was possible. My regular mailman is absolutely awesome. Problem is ANY sub plain REFUSES to pick up outgoing mail, regardless if it's in the mailbox with the flag up or a scheduled delivery. One small package was left for 5 DAYS...2 in the box & 3 scheduled pickups that were IGNORED. Had to drop off MYSELF at the p.o. (with 3 other packages they left from the ignored scheduled pickups) on a Sunday to get them out.
I called the 800# to put in a formal complaint, like I had to do when having the SAME problem in Mascotte FL. The kicker...this office NEVER CALLED to follow up on the complaint. IF they did, it was a masked number with NO voicemail. Mascotte called me the next day & rectified the issue. That's the level of service the downtown P.O. delivers. So I'll take it as the F-OFF, use another shipping service (UPS) that it is. And they wonder why they're losing money hahahaha 😆

I can never get these people to pick up the phone whenever I or anyone else I know try to call. Whenever I go to the actual establishment, I can even hear the phone ringing and watch as no one picks it up. Very disappointing...

We can't get our mail because the key is broken ?? We need our mail. This is ridiculous, how can you hold our mail ?? Somebody needs to address this issue and fix it!!!
