Every time I go here the service is fast and to the point and today Kellie and EJ have me a good deal on a game system! I came home and it works perfect too plus they threw a 6 mt warranty in , ya gotta stop here to get the bang for ya buck you won't be disappointed they got everything!

Josh seems unprofessional. Mumbled under his breath and shook his head to other customers just looking while helping me out was trying to sell my bike. and I asked him how he was says peachy.... have better customer service if your a pawn shop!

I've always had great experiences going to value pawn for years especially dealing with Javier but now also EJ she has such great customer service and goes over and beyond to make sure your every question is answered and every expectation is met, I made a pretty big purchase the other day close to or more than $2,000 worth of jewelry before the discounts and she made sure to give me a great price, also the system froze to where I couldn't check out, but she made sure to bag up the items with my name on them and held them until there system was back online, she even called me to let me know the system was back up and running to come back in when I was available. In all I give Value plan hands down 10/10. The customer service and the product, I must say this is my favorite place to shop.. I get all my shoes (Jordan, nikes) and jewelry from there... I definitely bring my friends and family there as well and I recommend that anyone who reads their reviews does too. They are located on south pine in ocala Fl.. The photos below is EJ at her finest working, go check her out, she's funny, sweet, caring and kind. she will definitely make it happen for me, you and anyone else who crosses her path.....
