My daughter traded in her old phone and got a new iPhone and Otterbox Defender Pro case to protect it. When she tried to return the Otterbox phone case because she didn’t like this particular case after using it just a few days, she was told she couldn’t return it because she didn’t have the box. The employee who helped her did not give her the box when she bought it, so she couldn’t return it because their employee didn’t give her the box. When I tried to return it, I was told it was purchased too long ago. Very disappointed in their customer service, and would not recommend the store to others.

Terrible!!! Horrible customer service!! The manager Mark was very rude when I went to the store to exchange my brand new I phone 16 pro max that I just got last week because it is defective and does not charge properly. He stated that he was “dead ass” about not exchanging my phone when it is defective! Would not recommend this store to ANYONE! Go find a different provider with better customer service!! Even worse went back to the store because the manager stated I could not go to any other store to get my phone exchanged and they don’t even have it in stock!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had!! Wasted more of my time and gas driving to that store for NO REASON. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a different store!!! These people are jokes and do not do their jobs. Manager ordered my phone and said it would not be here for 2 business days and I have a DEFECTIVE phone. Do not go to this store unless you want a phone that does not work properly!!! You will have better luck buying a phone off of Facebook marketplace!!
