Stranger things have happened, bought a new iPhone max 15 pro max from Apple, for some reason the esim would not go over to Verizon so spent an hour on the phone with a person who finally figured it out. In the meantime she asked if we wished to try the Verizon internet box free for 30 days. We did not want to do so but she insisted was free. Well free is NOT FREE! She said they would send a box that we had to set up ourselves. In the meantime they changed our bill to over 300.00 before we even received the box. . We have contacted 5 times for a return box, after the box arrived immediate call to return and not do the service. They said only way could return was through them sending a box. They have NOT done so. Fifth call said (7) days ago were going to send a box expedited and would receive it on Wednesday, two days ago and still no box. In the mean time they have our account # and can do as they please so will need to go to credit union to stop them from charging us for something never opened, never set up. Of course when this happens they will probably turn off our phones. This is a super bad way to do business and very disappointed in their service. We are not allowed to bring the box back to a Verizon store! We need to wait for an empty box with an RFA return number. Do not fall for this trick! All the companies now wish to get paid through your bank and it is difficult to correct. My suggestion is to tell them to bug off! I will now report to the BBB and will also find someone else who can help. The box is still unopened, just waiting for a lousy box to return. There, as I stated, 5 different calls to date and they will receive another this morning. This is totally not worth the effort! When someone says "NO" does this not mean "NO?" They insist cannot send a return address label so now ten days out and no box! Do not deal with them!

Had to go here to activate my sons iPhone. We paid for the activation fee online when we bought the phone. Once we arrived they wanted another $30 in store for activation? Just because we ordered the phone offline they wouldn't accept the previous acct fee. They wanted another paid in store. Just signed up with Verizon but slowly starting to regret it.

Walked in with an issue on setting up a new iPhone 14. I was met at the door by Morris, the Store Manager. He was checking people in on his tablet and when I explained my issue, he took the phone and had it fixed in less than one minute. This is the same issue that I had been on the phone with a Verizon tech about for over 2 hours. Morris fixed it in seconds. THANK YOU MORRIS! You rock sir!

These people are amazing! The manager is so pleasant and runs the place so efficiently. Being in retail management I was impressed. Sierra helped me and she was not rushing me. She answered all my questions. She really went above and beyond for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I would recommend them and will to everyone I know.

So im not gonna lie this place is a friendly place. My go to.My only issue im having at this time is i recently changed accounts from personal to business, when doing so, insurance for a 1440$ phone wasnt changed over, when i stressed so much then the tech (i will NOT give out names) that was working with me told me over and over the insurance is on the account. Then a couple months later phone gets hurt and the insurance company (Assuron) said they cant help, that insurance was never on it when it got changed over, when the agent told me that i went in store and then was told to do other steps which i did. And that hasnt helped.Because the phone got badly damaged, and will not turn on been out of use for over 45days they cant "find it in the system" but can see im contracted to this said device...and nobody will take the responsibility of the insurance problem.....Update sep 28th of 2023..STILL NOTHING, I've personally came back to the store and the "business manager" is always busy,, and I've emailed him directly and still have no response, if Verizon will treat a customer that's been with them for 15yrs plus like trash, then I will be taking my business somewhere else, I will not recommend anyone to Verizon!!
