I would appreciate it if you guys updated y'all's hours for the holidays, like the day before thanksgiving. I left work at 4:55, checked y'all's businesses hours which said nothing about closing at 5PM, it had y'all's regular hours 8:30am-7pm. Got there at 5:05pm & the doors were locked, mind y'all, it was 3 other customers & myself that were trying to get in, a lady came outside & said they closed at 5pm due to thanksgiving which makes no sense... So because of y'all not updating your hour i had to drive all the way down there for nothing, i was livid & still am as i'm typing this. Let me also mention that 2 weeks ago when i tried upgrading all 4 lines y'all were charging me $4000 when 3 phones had 1 payment left & my phone has $500 left to payoff which i was willing to pay off. BUT i was able to upgrade 2 phones for less than $350 but separate transactions... ridiculous. Oh & let me also mention how you guys sign us up for things we were never made aware of or even asked for. You guys signed me up for Verizon home device protection without asking & if it wasn't for me checking my bill a few days later after upgrading i would of never knew, i called to cancel & checked a day later & they never cancelled. It's actually still active as of right now, been calling & no one answers!!!

Visited the store today because my device had installed some bad apps preventing me from using my phone properly. Luckily the Verizon rep was very helpful and he got my phone back to normal settings. Very glad I'm able use my phone again.

Very satisfied with experience I got at this store. My phone broke and the rep was able to get a replacement very fast and helped me set up the phone and get my information fast. The rep was very kind in helping me setup the phone and guiding me through the process of getting the phone back working. Overall great experience and highly recommended this store.

Got brought up to the 21st century. Got a new iPhone and was very pleased with everything’s had all my information and phone numbers transferred over, quick process. Agent was wonderful

I got new Samsung phone and the gentleman here was very kind and patient with me because I have a medical issues. He did a great job transferring data to my new phone. Great work done

Was having trouble with my Gmail account not signing in and sync. They were able to get my other account working and fix the Google problem. Cross checked all the apps and software. Quick curtious customer service.

I had multiple issues with this phone since the purchase in October. I have repeatedly been in the store and on the phone to support. Joe has worked hard to try and correct the issues. He was helpful and friendly. Hopefully no more issues.

I originally worked with Justin but the sales rep I picked up my phone with was just as helpful and did a great job transferring over the data. Setup was simple and I left happy, big upgrade from my old Samsung

Came in to get help with transferring my information over to my new phone. Guy helped me swap all the contacts, and pictures. He was very efficient and walked me thru everything. Great guys here, switched over from Sprint to Verizon for this type of service.

Came in to get my son his first ever phone. (Big Kid Stuff!!!) Wait time was reasonable given that I came in the weekend before Christmas. Joe was incredibly helpful, patient, and processional! I definitely recommend this location and letting Joe take care of your Verizon Wireless needs!

Great experience getting my new Samsung phones switched over. They were kind enough to transfer all my pictures and app. I came in early before the afternoon rush and everything went quick and simple.

This store they go the extra mile to help their customers. We drove here all the way from Inverness, set up an appointment with Greg and he was extremely helpful. Got a new phone and all my content moved over. Very thankful for the help.

I was displaced by Ian and my computing and network connections gone. I wanted a reliable wireless service on my new phone. I went to a nearby VZ Wireless Authorized Retailer and it was a horror story. Hours in the store, software problems, sent out to await a call back, disgruntled staff and finally, just before closing, I was handed the phone, told it worked and when I got home it did not. So much for reliable wireless.The next day I choose Cellular Sales, walked in and was greeted by Bruno a well-dressed professional who heard my story and focused in on solving my problem. The VZ world was in such chaos from the previous day’s catastrophe that Bruno and VZW support could not get the post-paid plan setup. He immediately said, we can get you going now if we setup a pre-paid plan and that he did in minutes. Cellular Sales is truly a professional place from the interior appearance, the professional staff, their focus on the client needs and priorities and even follow-up calls after the sale. Even though it is not nearby, Cellular Sales is my VZ Wireless store for good.

He was able to finally help us get the Apple password reset after two weeks of trying. Very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Highly recommend seeing him for all of your account needs
